I used to sell for bmw for 6 years left about 5 years ago. When I sold an m3 lease was usually around a grand. Idk the MF or residual anymore and a little rusty on the math for a lease but with the basic, the RV is 49k means your paying for 43,540 of the car in 36 months with $0 down which comes out to 1,200/mo idk how taxes are applied in your state ours was upfront 8%, some are on each.
