Frame corrosion issues have plagued various Tundra models for decades, leading to multiple recall campaigns and a massive class action settlement. Does anyone think there will ever be a recall on this? I feel like this near the top of the ridiculous tundra issues. My truck has been undercoated twice a year since it was brand new, I have the service records.

and yet 9 months after I bought it, the bed has nearly flaked through from the bottom and is spreading. Toyota. you need to address this problem.

Toyota owners are proud to drive. I used to be the new car mgr at a Toyota dealership back in the 1990"s. Back then Toyota was very proud of the fact that they used galvanealed steel in the car bodies.

That being said,I have a 2007 DC TRD 5.7 with rust in the bed floor. The truck was rustproofed by the original owner when new and has a Line. I know many of you are having the same problem with the bed rusting from below where the x-members are spot welded.

Toyota is well aware of this problem. When I had my frame replaced, the service manager asked me to come back so they could get pictures. He said Toyota corporate is "watching".
