Cube For Teachers Poster

Fall 2019 | Illustrator | InDesign

This was work for a real client. I was asked to create a poster to advertise a networking and resource sharing platform for teachers called Cube For Teachers. The client wanted a clean and modern style so I went with an isometric vector illustration of linking cubes spelling out “get cube connected!” to have a dimensional and tactile quality while still being clean and Modern. Linking cubes are used to help kids learn math and it could have a subtle nostalgic feeling for older people and fit in an elementary school environment.

Process

First I blocked out words in plain solid colours. Then I made multiple versions of text styles and layouts so my client could pick the one she liked the most. Then I drew linking cubes from a few different angles on Illustrator and copy and pasted them in the shape of the letters.
