Cult Film Poster

Winter 2018 | Photohop | Markers | Fineliner

This a cult film poster for the 1985 movie The Breakfast Club. This is designed as a piece of artwork for people who are familiar with movie so I chose to make it subtle references instead of explaining what the movie is about.

Process

I chose to use a hand drawn doodle style for this poster because it fits the style and setting of the movie. First I made rough pencil sketches. Then I made more refined sketches next I coloured whatever I could with alcohol markers and outlined with fineliners. Lastly I stuck on the sticky notes and scanned it and coloured the rest in Photoshop
