The original posting:

The second annual (or semi-annual?  or monthly? weekly?) Paladins Poker Night is scheduled for Tuesday January 3, 2006.

From Scott McDonald...

Hello Fellow Paladins

It’s Paladin Poker Night Again.
Yes its time to make some money to pay off those Xmas bills.

Date: Tues Jan 3
Place: The Saskatoon Club Downstairs
Time: Poker starts at 6:30pm, If you want to watch the “Arsenal – Manchester United” game it begins at 2PM - everyone is welcome to come and watch the game, have a few wobbly pops and perhaps have some dinner before poker.
(Clubhouse sandwiches, burgers etc usually run $10-15 at the club, draft is $3.50, highballs are $4 and bottled beer is $4.25)
Kerry - Arsenal is sure to “kick Man-U ass” so it will be a fun game to watch – at least for me.
I am not arranging a lunch during poker this time, we will just have some peanuts etc and you can order from the menu if you want.

Same format as last time:
Texas
Hold-em.
Table stakes, $25 buy in with one additional purchase of $25 (only if you want to) keep the bets small - this is a fun game – nobody loses the farm.
When Kerry has taken all your money there are 2 pool tables (one 4x8 and one 6x12) in the next room to keep people entertained, there is also a big screen TV, dartboard etc
If there are guys that don’t want to play they could deal cards or just play pool or darts – this is a social night for the team as much as a poker night.
We will combine tables as players drop out.

Please let me know if you plan to attend for the afternoon, evening or both so I have a rough idea of the #’s.
If I have missed anyone please forward this message to them.
