Rules:

• Assign each team a point value from 16 to 1.

• You must use each value twice.

• Bonus points:  choose the team you think will win. If this team wins, you get 10 bonus points.

• Entry fee is $20 and is payable when you submit the entry form.

• Entries must be received before the first game is played on June 9.
