The Paladins defeated Hollandia Bjax 3-1 on September 12, 2006 to win the Men's Masters Division 2 title.

The Paladins played a strong game, never yielding significant scoring opportunities to their foes.  The Paladins scored back-to-back goals in the middle of the first half.  The first was a low shot from Braden Mertz after being sent in alone from a well-timed pass by Andy Gibson.  Ken Ellis followed a couple of minutes later, cleaning up a bouncing ball following a corner kick.  Michael Horbay added the insurance goal in the middle of the second half on a fine effort.

Once again, way to go, team!
