As you are all aware, our former coach and soccer prodigy, Roman Todos, is running for the liberal nomination for Riversdale against the premier of our province.

Roman would like to thank all of you who have already donated time, money or encouragement for his campaign.

His campaign office is now open and the following tasks need to be completed so we can send Roman to Regina:

1. Posting election signs (need car and hammer).
2. Phoning constituents for their support.
3. Assisting Roman with door to door campaigning.
4. Writing Roman a cheque for fundraising (portion is tax deductible).
5. Assistance at campaign headquarters.

Regardless of our political affiliation or feelings about politics, it is rare that someone takes the plunge for the political process of being elected and in what he believes in. Roman has lived his whole life in the Riversdale riding and Roman has supported all of us in the past with his time with our soccer community. In return, a few hours of our time could make a big difference in supporting Roman in his endeavor.

His campaign headquarters is located across from St. Paul's hospital at 1717- A 20th Street West. Please pass on this email to others that may be interested in volunteering their time.

The above duties are easy to complete, and all that is required are volunteers with flexible hours and the benefits are endless.
