Solicitor Mike Jones had corresponded by e-mail with Craig Knapke and a Rite Aid representative regarding the N. Williams/Gasser Intersection Improvement Project. Rite Aid has agreed to provide the Village the property that we will need to proceed with the project. This will eliminate the need for Council to pass a Resolution of a notice of intent to take the property by eminent domain. It is Mike’s understanding that all four property owners are going to donate to the Village. It is approximately 450 square feet per property owner.
