AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1506-15
DESIGNATING THE EXITS OF Fuel King
ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH WILLIAMS STREET IN THE VILLAGE
OF PAULDING, OHIO TO BE “RIGHT TURN ONLY” EXITS AND DIRECTING
THE PLACEMENT OF “RIGHT TURN ONLY”
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, at a meeting held on August 17, 2015, the Council of the Village of Paulding adopted and approved Ordinance No 1506-15 entitled, “DESIGNATING THE EXITS OF Fuel King ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH WILLIAMS STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF PAULDING, OHIO TO BE “NO LEFT TURN” EXITS AND DIRECTING THE PLACEMENT OF “NO LEFT TURN” SIGNS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Village finds that that it would be advisable to change the “no left turn” signs to “right turn only” signs at the west side of North Williams Street and the same being done in the interest of public safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PAULDING, OHIO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1506-15 shall be repealed and is hereby replaced and amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Section 2. That right turn only shall be permitted from the exits of the Fuel King on the west side of North Williams Street in the Village of Paulding, Ohio.
Section 3. That “right turn only” signs shall be erected at said exits.
Section 4. Violation of this ordinance shall be a
minor misdemeanor and shall be punishable pursuant to the provisions of the
Ohio Basic Code and/or the Ohio Revised Code and/or the ordinances and laws of
Section 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety, health, peace and welfare; wherefore, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and immediately after its passage.
