Dan was running out of money. He is facing a lawsuit soon to be heard which was filed in Los Angeles. Only in Santa Barbara has he been able to buy verdicts from the local judges. Customer calls about problems with their products are going unanswered, according to Chris Boehr, who shared this fact with me. We had known each other for some years, but the subject of Green Hills Software, and their neglect of what was then their premier product during 1999, had never previously come up; and it did so because Chris had moved on from the company which had made the purchase from GHS and we knew each other from the early days of our founding Freedom TV Networks Association, Inc., the 501(c) 3, which is now finally launching.
What steps did Dan O' Dowd would take to evade disclosure and lose everything? Dan was very busy during this period; so was Morgan. The year before she had thought she was going to marry John Fund. Now she has been unceremoniously dumped. Could she persuade her mother to help her? She has been recording her calls with Craig, and she knew she had knowledge to trade - and she also knewfrom whom she could get more. Morgan was, and remains, to this day, consistent. She will sell anyone out for a profit.
Life can bring surprising insights.
I suspected in some way GHS was involved in 9/11, but the proof came from an unexpected source. I had been gifted a Palm Pilot, and began thinking about the direction of this powerful, and novel step forward in technology. The name turned my mind to 'what ifs', and I began paying closer attention to the various theories and assertions then being bruited about.
BAE SYSTEMS - Unmanned Aerial Systems, had been providing combat practice target drones for 35 years with onboard flight experience injected on the test bench, into new manned or unmanned target drone or combat test range jet fighters.
They made the MQM-107E UAV Target Drone, and the QF4 and unmanned or manned converted McDonnell F-4 with the equivalent wiring of a 747 as a radio-controlled plane that could pull 10 Gs on a curve to challenge manned jet fighters. There were fleets of them. The Army and the Air Force wanted to consolidate the combat flight training ranges in 2000, they set up a competition between teams of companies. BAE SYSTEMS led one group. Loral led the other one, called L3. L3 won. While this was being done, somehow, some way, the programming for 1-antenna controlled drones, which made them a frontline offensive weapon was made by BAE SYSTEMS UAV Division. The idea was to combine with Admiral Cebrowski's Military Transformation Office for around the world satellite-instructed and military internet encrypted control drones to set new criteria.
Out of the blue, the sudden appearance of the Lockheed and Northrup-Grumman Combat and Weapons drones seemed to be completely on their own initiative on speculation that they would be needed on the other side of the world sooner rather than later. This is called War Fighter Contractor expedite status, with much more money involved than regular R&D. This was at least two years in development in advance of 9/11/01. BAE SYSTEMS at the time was making $6B in the US from taxpayers and was the second largest aerospace firm in the world after Boeing.
In latter 2000, they had created the first one-antenna drone for battle field use. Nobody in the US government wanted this. Proposals for its use were sent to Australia, South Korea and the Republic of China, who wanted it. Then, the US government got interested. Simultaneous to this creation, and BAE SYSTEMS not understanding how the necessary programming could already have been completed, developed, prototyped and flight-tested in Antelope Valley, CA without them knowing about it; they were stunned and began asking questions as to who was making the critical onboard combat flight programming designed to work with human realtime targeting of recon cameras or weapons.
The Predator programming ignored 35 years of BAE SYSTEMS' experience; yet it worked. The initiative had to have come from a programming company trying to meet Admiral Cebrowski's criteria for the light, the fast, and the many to swarm an enemy. The airframes' recon and weapons systems were merely add-ons to such a design entirely reliant on semi-autonomous programming. The composite light-weight airframes were imitations of Scaled Composites Designs for fiberglass airframes for Egyptian Air Force customers who were not allowed to use composites at the time. Northrup Grumman later bought Scaled Composites when Burt Rutan retired.
These procurement teams have to include a woman-owned business (WOB) and a minority-owned business (MOB) with at least 5% of the system. In the case of these Egyptian Air Force anti-aircraft missile drones, Marie Walker at Mojave Air and Space Port was contracted. BAE SYSTEMS might have had a clue if they had paid attention to her sub-contracting a 1/3rd of a mile away; however, the Predator Drones were manufactured without any such leaks or considerations of WOBs or MOBs. This again indicates a company with little prior understanding of the procurement culture.
Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld made the entire military, who still liked Behemoth aircraft carriers and Abrams Tanks bow to Cebrowski's vision. Cebrowski died toward the end of the George W. Bush Administration, his adjutant is still living.
The earliest UAVs were and are still controlled by lady air force sergeants at Nellis AFB, Nevada. They typically hit one 'legitimate' target for 9 other people they kill. Sen. Rand Paul has several times since 2016 called for a moratorium on their use until they can get better programming, and human intelligence for their use. Wiping out wedding parties is not the way to win friends and influence people.
Admiral Cebrowski was the CO of the Naval Post-Graduate School (NPGS) in Monterey, CA prior to taking over the Military Transformation Office.
They teach military procurement there, the lead professor being David Henderson, see Econlib.com, he taught Economics there. Henderson has now aged out; but is still active in antiwar action and more competitive procurement and subscription defense. One could verify the source of hundreds of procurement projects at the NPGS; keep in mind the Navy is not the Army or USAF and has separate combat flight test ranges.
BAE SYSTEMS divided the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Division at Mojave after the surprise of the Predators’ appearance. MQMs are still made at Mojave, while the modification of QF4s and now QF15s are in Texas for the last decade.
BAE SYSTEMS has a single stock certificate which defines it as a UK firm while the bulk of it is US firms. At the time the congressman for the Antelope Valley was Buck McKeon, who had a personal grudge against US taxpayer money going to the British. It is not surprising that Top Secret and Special Access to Programs (SAP) could, with his blessing, create a secret combat drone program. He was very much a Bush guy.
Secondly, the president of Boeing Space and Communications Division was Joe Alsbaugh. Northrup and Grumman had merged about 1990, as did Boeing with McDonnell - Douglas. Other mergers with United Technologies also occurred, so there were fewer players to be in on Global War Fighter Systems.
And this brings up the 1998 and onward waypoint and glide-path software development for glass cockpit modifications relevant to airliners used on 9/11/01. See Menu Item 9/11 Auto Pilot Technology Programming as the persuasive evidence as to who was responsible.
