RETURN POLICY

Eligible items may be returned for refund or exchange. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Accent will not accept any returns after 30 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed.  Patches must not have been sewn on and then removed from garments. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, I will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.  I reserve the right to refuse a return if, upon receipt and inspection it is determined that the item was used before returned.  If so, the return will be accepted only for replacement or store credit.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail or in the shop.  We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.

 

EXCHANGES

Stock items may be returned for an exchange.  You must pay the difference in price, if any and the exchange will not be made until your returned item has been received.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

I want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Accent.   Your custom order will not be produced until you have approved it.  I strive to design your item to your specifications.  All custom orders are returnable for replacement only.  No refund will be issued.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Fashion Nova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
