Our fundraiser takes place the last Friday of each month from June through October. If it proves to be successful, we will decide together if we will continue it through the winter months.

Our June Goal
For our first month of the Friday Lunch Club, our base goal is to obtain 75 PRE-ORDERS as quickly as possible. We are grateful for anything over that.
Get The Word Out!
Everyone is asked to share the Friday Lunch Club page link on your social media. Share in your conversations. Don't confine reaching out to the church community only; go beyond that. For instance, businesses that you frequent; drop off a flyer and follow up to see if there are any orders. Share. Share. Share.
Start Taking Orders Now!
Waiting until the last few days will defeat our purpose. The best way for this model to work is by placing PRE-ORDERS now. A few days before June 26, we will know exactly how much product we need. And on the 26th, we will only need to prepare orders and deliver.
Donation Letters
All of the donation letters should be delivered by now. If you took donation letters that have not been delivered, please let me know right away. The purpose of the donation letters is to get as much \"meat\" donated as possible. The meat is our greatest expense. Bacon bits, ham, full chicken wings, and shredded chicken. We would love to get all of the meat donated.

Delivery Drivers Needed
We at least 4 drivers between the hours of 11AM - 1PM on June 26.
Due to state laws, no pets should be in the vehicle when delivering food.
We Can Do This
We are making great progress as we prepare for the launch of our Friday Lunch Club on the last Friday of June.
Donation request letters for meat and food items have been delivered, and we are now working to secure additional supplies and continue promoting meal sales throughout the community. We are also reaching out to local businesses and organizations to encourage group orders and community partnerships.
This fundraiser is more than a meal sale—it is an opportunity to help strengthen the ongoing outreach and community impact of Elevate Life Center while building a sustainable source of support for future ministry and community initiatives.
