Q - When will I receive my photos, video walkthroughs, floor plans and 360° virtual tours?
All assets - including photos, videos, floor plans, and 360° virtual tours - are delivered the next morning, typically between 6 AM and 9 AM.
For Saturday shoots, all assets—including photos, videos, floor plans, and 360° virtual tours—will be delivered the following Monday typically between 6 AM and 9 AM.
Q - How do I get confirmation that the appointment has been made?
Once you place an order online, by phone, via text, or by email, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away with the appointment date and time, the services requested, and the total cost—we’re fully transparent as there are no hidden fees or surprises.
Please kindly double-check your email confirmation for all the details of your order.

Q - Who needs to be at the home for the photography appointment?
Nobody needs to be on-site. We can use a contractor’s lockbox (the ones with an alphanumeric code) to access the home for a photography session with the homeowner’s/agent’s permission. You will need to give us the code prior to the appointment. At this time, we're unable to utilize the Realtor's Supra IBox/MLS lockbox for access. In that case, either you or the homeowner will need to be present on-site to grant us access at the scheduled appointment time.
Q - Is it ok for me, the agent, and/or sellers, to be on-site during the session?
Of course! Your presence is always welcome. We simply ask you to give us some space while we’re working—whether we’re taking photos, filming video walkthroughs, or creating 360° virtual tours. This helps us work efficiently and without distractions.
Think of it this way: Wherever we are - you ain't!
Q - How will I receive my photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours and how do I pay?
You will receive an email containing a link to access your assets. Follow the link to a user-friendly client portal where you can effortlessly settle your invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you can easily download all your photos, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, and any additional items you may have ordered.
Payment is not due until the work has been delivered!
Some clients prefer to receive their assets via Google Drive rather than through our client portal, and we’re happy to accommodate.
Just one important note: Google Drive is for delivery, not storage. We may delete files after one month, so please be sure to download and save your photos, videos, floor plans, and other assets to your computer or preferred storage location soon after delivery.
In other words: Google Drive gets your files to you—it’s not where we keep them for you.
Regardless of whether you use Google Drive, your files will always be delivered to you through our client portal, where they’ll be available for you to access and download.
Q - I’m not really sure what to order. Can you help me? Of course — we’d be happy to help! If you’re unsure what to book, just give us a call and we’ll walk you through everything at your pace. We’ll ask a few simple questions about your listing and your goals, then suggest only what truly fits.

Q - How do I prepare the home for the real estate photography/video session?

We completely understand that getting a house ready for a photoshoot
is about as fun as assembling IKEA furniture...without the instructions!
But here’s the deal - if you want to sell your listing faster, and for top dollar,
it’s crucial to make sure it shines for photos, videos, virtual tours, and open houses!
Sure, we can snap pics of a house that’s not ready, but all you’ll get are photos of a “meh” property. And let’s be real — no one is rushing to fork over premium prices for “meh,” no matter how great the photos look.
BOTTOM LINE:
Put in the prep work now, and your future self will thank you!
Note:
1. TFG Products is not a moving or cleaning service! The preparation of the property for photography is the sole responsibility of the Client and/or Seller.
2. A maximum of fifteen (15) minutes may be permitted on site for last-minute touch-ups, at the sole discretion of TFG Products.
3. TFG Products’ obligations are strictly limited to the provision of professional real estate media services for the property.
BOTTOM LINE: WE ARE NOT CLEANERS OR MOVERS!
Q - Why don't you just photoshop that clutter or mess out of the picture?
Because Photoshop isn’t a Roomba. Digital clutter removal is not magic. It takes time, costs more, and when pushed too far, looks fake—and buyers can spot fake photos instantly. Nothing kills trust in a listing faster than obvious over-editing.
Yes, we’re experts at Photoshop. But spending time digitally erasing clutter means you’re going to be paying editing rates to fix problems that could have been handled in minutes in real life.
That’s not a good use of your budget, and we won’t pretend it is.
Our editing is meant to enhance, not rescue. Clean, prepared spaces always photograph better, look more authentic, and save you money. If it can be picked up, moved, or tossed before the shoot, that’s always the smarter option.
What our most successful agents DO NOT do:
- Use Photoshop as a cleaning service.
- Skip prepping, cleaning, and (possibly)light staging.
Bottom line: Photoshop is a polish, not a mop.
Prep the home, get better photos, sell faster, and for more money! PERIOD!
Q - Can we move things from one room to another during the photoshoot?
This is a big No.
People tend to think that this is a good idea, but trust us—it’s not. It’s like trying to change a flat tire while driving at 60 mph. It takes waaaaay more time than you think! This is especially true if you've got multiple services like photos, videos, and 360° tours lined up.
So, yeah...No.
Q - Can I follow you around while you take pictures/video of my listing?
No.
It’s distracting and it slows us down. We know exactly what to capture for the best results. Now, if you have specific areas you'd like captured, simply let us know during our initial walkthrough so that we can ensure that we get the shots you request.
Q - How much notice do you need to schedule my photography appointment?
We recommend a cushy 2-3 days' heads-up to secure your preferred slot.
But fear not procrastinators!
We're the masters of last-minute maneuvers and always strive to make same-day photoshoots happen. While we can't promise anything, we will do everything in our power to squeeze in same-day bookings!

Q - Is there an additional charge for enhancements like making cloudy skies blue or adding virtual fires to fireplaces?
Not a chance! No charge whatsoever for these enhancements!
These are all part of what we do. We think these little details are essential for top-notch results, and any real estate photographer worth their lens wouldn’t charge extra for them. It’s just what you deserve!

Q - What about replacing grass in a yard that doesn't have any grass?
Picture this: Brand-new house. Fresh paint. Gorgeous finishes.
Yard? All dirt.
You hire us. We sprinkle in some digital magic and — boom — instant green lawn in the photos. It looks better than a golf course.
Open house day arrives. Buyers pull up, excited to see that lush yard… and instead they’re greeted by the Dust Bowl.
Excited? No.
Confused? Absolutely.
Trusting? Not so much.
We want to show each property exactly as it is—not make it look fake. That means we don’t add grass or features that aren’t really there. We can fix small problems, clean up the lawn, or adjust the lighting to make it look nicer, but we won’t put in grass where there is none. Doing that could mislead buyers, break MLS rules, and even cause legal problems.
BUT:
Lawn enhancements are available upon written request via email or text at a rate of $3 per photo. All enhanced images will include a “Lawn Enhanced” or “Grass Enhanced” watermark to ensure full transparency and clarity for all parties involved.
Accurate photos protect your reputation and build buyer trust,
and honesty always looks good!
Q - Is it OK if a home is empty and unfurnished?
Of course it's ok if the home is unfurnished! Even if your space is unfurnished, we excel at showing off its potential.
However, if you are concerned about presenting an empty house, we have two smart solutions to offer.
1. Dive into the world of virtual staging with us! Whether it's Modern, Scandinavian, Contemporary, Traditional, Farmhouse, or Urban/Industrial, our results are top-notch. Our virtual staging is second to none!
2. Consider a home stager to glam up key spaces like the primary bedroom, living room, family room, or dining room. Need recommendations? We've got a list of pros we've teamed up with.
Q - Do you upload my photos/videos to the MLS for me?
No. That is the agent or homeowner's responsibility. However, we do handle the Zillow 3D Tour and Zillow Showcase uploads.
Q - Who owns the photographs?
TFG Products retains full copyright ownership of the photographs. Upon full payment, you gain exclusive rights to use the content for marketing your listing.
Here's a rundown:
1. Ownership
TFG Products retains full copyright ownership of all media created.
Payment grants you a limited, revocable license to use the media—it does not transfer ownership.
2. Permitted Use
Once your invoice is paid in full, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the media solely to market the specific property for which it was created.
This includes MLS, listing platforms, print materials, your professional website, and social media.
This license automatically expires when the property sells or the listing is withdrawn or expires. Any use beyond that point is strictly prohibited.
If you wish to use any of the assets to promote your brand after the listing has sold, we simply ask that you notify us and give credit to TFG Products for the work.
3. Editing and Alterations
All editing and modifications must be performed exclusively by TFG Products.
You may not crop, apply filters, adjust colors, retouch, enhance, manipulate with AI, or alter the media in any way.
Additional services (including virtual staging, virtual twilight, or object removal) are available upon request and may require an additional fee.
Unauthorized editing is a direct violation of this agreement and copyright law. TFG Products reserves the right to immediately revoke your license, issue financial penalties, and pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Non-Transferable License
This license is granted solely to you and may not be shared, transferred, sold, distributed, or made accessible to any third party, including assistants, team members, brokerages, homeowners, or vendors.
Any third party seeking to use the media must obtain a separate license directly from TFG Products.
You are fully responsible for any misuse by anyone associated with you.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution will result in additional licensing fees, immediate termination of your rights to use the media, and potential legal action.
5. Payment Requirement
The media may not be used, published, or distributed until your invoice has been paid in full.
Any unauthorized use—before or after payment, outside the terms of this agreement—constitutes copyright infringement and may result in immediate license termination, financial penalties, and legal action.

If a \"For Sale by Owner\" (FSBO) decides to work with a real estate agent after we’ve created content, the agent will need permission from TFG Products to use that content. The agent will also have to pay a licensing fee to use it.
THE SAME GOES FOR FSBO's AS IT DOES FOR AGENTS:
Unauthorized editing is a direct violation of this agreement and copyright law. TFG Products reserves the right to immediately revoke your license, issue financial penalties, and pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution will result in additional licensing fees, immediate termination of your rights to use the media, and potential legal action.
If you wish to purchase the complete rights to any of the delivered assets (where TFG Products relinquishes all rights and you can do whatever you want with the photos), please inform us before we send them, as an additional charge will apply.
TFG Products commits not to use the content in ways that impede your rights.
Q - What if I need to cancel/reschedule the real estate photography appointment?

We completely understand that things come up. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for your property and often can’t be rebooked on short notice, the following fees may apply:
- Late Cancellation/Reschedule (within 12 hours): 50% of the booking fee
- On-Site Cancellation (arrival, no access, or 30+ minutes late): 100% of the booking fee
A quick note: Cancellation fees are due upon cancellation. Outstanding balances will need to be cleared before scheduling future services.
Force Majeure
If something unexpected happens—like severe weather or an emergency—no worries at all. We’ll simply reschedule at no additional cost. Your safety and ours always come first.
Q - I’m ordering the SELECT PACKAGE which includes photos, a 60-90 second Instagram Reel, and a floor plan. Can you come one day to do the floor plan and then come back another day to do the photos and Instagram Reel?

We do not split our Value Packages across multiple days. They're designed to deliver the best value and results in a single session for efficiency and effectiveness.
Q - What do you do if it rains or snows?
In case of inclement weather, our commitment to exceptional results remains unwavering. While interior photography is generally unaffected, external shots may appear slightly darker, and ocean views' visibility might be compromised. In heavy rain, we start with interior shots, anticipating improved weather. If heavy rain persists, we provide flexibility to return later or on the next available day for exterior shots, at no extra cost of course!
For a seamless process, it's advisable to keep an eye on weather forecasts. If bad weather necessitates rescheduling, please notify us promptly. We'll do the same as well. Understanding the impact of weather on photo shoots, we prioritize safety. In extreme conditions like blizzards or downpours, we exercise prudence by canceling and rescheduling appointments, at no extra cost of course.
For clients utilizing our videos, 360° virtual tours, or aerial/drone services, weather conditions play a crucial role. In case of inclement weather hindering the shoot, we provide hassle-free rescheduling,
at no cost
ensuring a seamless and optimal property showcase experience.
Q - Why are there times when drone photography or videography is not possible?
We love nothing more than sending our drones sky-high for killer aerial photos and video, but safety and legality always come first—ALWAYS!
Before every shoot, we double-check with the FAA because, shocker, we don’t want to end up grounded, fined, or worse. If your listing is near airports, stadiums, prisons, wildlife zones, or any other off-limits areas, sorry—not happening. And if there’s a (TFR) Temporary Flight Restriction in place, we're not risking it.
Plus, we’re not about to jeopardize the safety of anyone in the area just to get a good angle. We’ll let you know of any no-go zones ASAP, because we’d rather play by the rules than flirt with disaster.
Oh, and if it's raining, snowing, or the winds are acting up big time, forget it—we’re not launching. But no worries, we’ll reschedule drone flights at no extra cost and still get your property looking top-notch when the skies are clear.

Q - My nephew just bought an expensive camera and he'll take photos of my listing for free. Why should I hire you?
That’s adorable. Truly. Everyone needs a hobby and a first victim—uh, client.
But real estate photography isn’t about owning an expensive camera. It’s about knowing how to make a property look desirable... not like a crime scene documentary.

Q - I see that you are closed on Sundays. What if I need your services on a Sunday?
Yes, Sundays are our day off. All work and no play makes Tim a dull boy.
However... should you require our services on a Sunday
and if we happen to be available,
we will accommodate you for an extra fee of $75 on top of your order.

Q - If you do a Saturday photoshoot, will I receive my photos on Sunday?
No.
Since we are closed on Sundays, you will receive your photos/videos/360° virtual tours/floor plans the following Monday morning.
