H S Fence Company is owned and operated by Brian Spindler.
In 2001,Brian started fencing for a local fence contractor in order to pay bills while attending UWEC.
In 2005, he jumped at an opportunity to start a fence contracting company with a coworker. H S Fence Company was founded and began subcontracting for local fence contractors.
In 2007, H S Fence began heavily advertising and hired Trevor Spindler, the first employee and brother of Brian.
By 2009, there was no longer a need to subcontract. H S Fence had become a self supporting company.
H S Fence has since grown every year and currently employs office managers, estimators, a shop manager, along with full and part time fence installers.
As a business owner Brian quickly learned the benefits of producing satisfied customers, this became the goal. Several Philosophies were used to build H S Fence Company and achieve this.
#1 Give customers a quality product coupled with unsurpassed customer service all at a competitive price.
#2 Do things right the first time.
#3 Treat customers and employees the way you would want to be treated.
These philosophies were formed at the beginning and will be utilized until the end.
