Thousands of hours that I would have preferred spent raising a family- as my identical twin is doing- or monetizing my robotics patents, I was forced by harassment and criminal/terroristic threats to develop and maintain a deterrent. I have walked the path, and can guide clients on theirs.
In the early phases of client evaluation, we'll assess your image, personality, and other attributes which may attract undue attention from criminals and bullies. Just as with lions hunting gazelles on the Sahara, the human victim selection process is not arbitrary. The following self-profiling is provided as a case study demonstrating the depth to which I'm able to profile clients for reducing victimization, and concrete steps that other victims can take to deter and defend against stalkers. My experience below is used to explain concepts of the criminal psychology of stalkers, their patterns of behavior, and what options victims have in mitigating the threat. Together, we can make changes which reduce you appearing as the weak member of the herd which the lions and mobs of laughing hyenas are drawn to prey upon; you will be a Sheep No More.
Part 1 - Victim Selection is Rarely Arbitrary
Many abusers select victims who are more susceptible to harassment, resulting in a greater return on investment for a given effort. At some point, many young children learn they can use a magnifying glass to focus sunlight to burn small creatures such as ants. Exercising God-like power, they get the greatest sadistic satisfaction by torturing the ants which react more explosively, the more sensitive ones showing greater suffering. More disturbed children will evolve towards more complex creatures, mammals, with the cries and thrashing of small animals what gives the young psychopath a sense of power. These little terrorists grow up into adult terrorists.
In addition to reactiveness, shrewd abusers will select victims who have less credibility to report their abuse, leading to the homeless and mentally ill- or those perceived as mentally ill- being targeted disproportionately by serial killers, psychopaths, and sociopaths. Like the ants, these victims lack a voice; there is nobody that will come to these victims' aid. Nobody believes them, encouraging the abusers to commit absurdly cruely acts which sound impossible when reported by the victim to authorities. The more unconscionable the behavior alleged, the less likely authorities believe the victim as credible. This targeting of perceived mentally ill victims and gaslighting them after any reports of abuse is a hate crime enhancement atop their criminal stalking, regardless if the victim is actually mentally disabled/ill or not.
Another quality of a good victim is one who has been deemed outcast by society, and therefore is not protected by society. In the \"Threshold of Violence\" theory, specific acts of violence such as mass shootings become more common because they occur more often and are seen as being part of the norm. There is an aspect of desensitization, but also a quiet consent of the herd that lowers the stigma, the threshold, an individual sees when evaluating options for resolving conflict. This application of concensus toward a type of violence explains mob behavior such as mass gang rapes in India or the hysteria of burning witches in the dark ages. In modern stalking, the case of eBay security group-stalking the Steiners shows that it was the mutual, peer-to-peer consent of the security team which lowered their threshold to commit felony stalking, not unlike Dr. Phillip Zimbardo's \"Lucifer Effect\" observed in the \"Stanford Prisoner Experiment.\" Similarly, after Austin Metcalf's family was SWATted once and shared on social media, subsequent occured, at six as of July 2025. In each case, members of the public saw they could join a mob with somewhat anonomity to hurl stones at the pariah, satiating their latent sadism; they flung accusations of drug abuse, sexual depravity, and criminality in increasingly absurd proportions in order to incite other gullable, sadistic members of the public to join their mob.
In my case, as a child, I was selected for bullying because I was an identical twin, for being slightly chubbier than my twin, and for my hyper-sensitivity to those challenges to my social dominance. As an adult, my physical appearance, wealth, and hyper-sensitivity to bullying attracted adult bullies. I have been targeted by stalkers for my appearance, my hyper-sensitivity to criticism, and autistic traits misrepresented as mental illness which they believe makes me an uncredible witness to their crimes against me. The combined efforts of stalkers have lowered the threshold of violence used upon me such that concensus of the mob is that I may be threatened and attacked without others bearing witness or coming to my aid, including law enforcement. Resultingly, I have no recourse other than to personally deter and defend against them, as permitted under California's precendent in \"People v. Minifie\".
While I have a general anxiety disorder diagnosis as of 2019, resulting from harassment, I am not aware of any history of criminal offenses or diagnosed mental illness in my immediate, biological family. The current most popular doctor in the U.S. is Dr. Daniel Amen, who operates the Amen Clinics, and I had brain scans performed in 2018/2019 which definitively ruled out the mental illness that my stalkers use to justify their attacks. Bolstering this solid evidence, I had those scans reviewed by one of the top physician-nueropsychologists in the World, who'd actually mentored Dr. Amen and spent years in his clinic studying the applications of those scans; after significant assessment, he told me in February 2025, \"I don't think you have schizophrenia\", and later, \"you struck me as a person on the [Autsim] spectrum.\" Anyone who says otherwise had better ask a lawyer if hearsay is going to beat their assessments when I sue for the \"per se\" damaging defamation that I have a \"loathsome disease\" such as schizophrenia (Cal. Civil Code §46).
One of the reasons I am selected for bullying is my hyper-sensitive reaction. My mother has a reputation among friends and family of having a super sense of smell. Her daughter, my sister, has a very successful career in wine branding and is a level 2 Sommelier, a very difficult to obtain credential which requires extremely heightened senses of smell and taste. Her son, my nephew, is a technical super genius, having a mind assessed as \"One in Ten Thousand.\" My nieces and nephews have no signs of Autism, aside from the nephew's genius typically associated with Asperger's Syndrome, a condition which he is far too social to have. In sensory hypersensitivity, females tend to have heightened senses of smell and taste- as gatherers- while hyper-sensitive males typically have enhanced hearing/listening and vision for hunting and tribal warfare; I believe this is an aspect of testosterone activated sexual dimorphism. Sensory hypersensitivity being found often in ADHD and Autism, the entire hypersensitive brain is operating faster, not just the senses, resulting in emotional hypersensitivty and reactiveness as well. This can result in nuerotypicals labeling them as too sensitive, overreacting, and unjustifiably upset; a fair analogy is a dark skinned African telling a pale, red-headed Irishman that he should be a man and stand in the sun 10 hours a day without complaint of burning. Further, I have a natural level of total testosterone of 783 ng/dL at age 44, which Perplexity Pro AI estimates at the 97th percentile (top 3%) of natural men age 40-45; my identical twin is 697, lower due to less sleep, occasional alcohol use, and being married with kids, and we both have full bloodwork disproving TRT or steroids. Recent research suggests testosterone makes men more reactive to social challenges, explaining a link between hyper-masculine personalities and hyper-sensitivity to perceived challenges to social dominance such as emasculating insults. It's this sensitivity, getting a reaction out of me, that stalkers see as a weakness to exploit for sadistic pleasure.
When the hypersensitive brain is exposed to trauma, it feels it deeper, and the pain has a longer lasting effect. When I was still too young to crawl, my stay-at-home-mother was almost exclusively raising me, but on one rare occasion, I was left with a babysitter who physically abused me with corporal punishment. I was not even old enough to walk, but managed to crawl away from a play area, into a kitchen where the female babysitter discovered me, picked me up, and brutally swatted me with either a frying pan or other paddle. Screaming and confused, I swore to myself I would become big and powerful like this monster and then serve out equal punishment to her and anyone who dared abuse me. I had learned an important lesson on abuse of power by authoritarians.
Before bullies would discover my sensitivity, they would first be drawn to my appearance as an oddity, an identical twin. We were born before IVF created lots of twins, so my identical twin and I were bullied routinely as freaks of nature. After defending ourselves successfully each time, we were expelled, three pre-schools expelled us for fighting. Because we fought back, rather than slunk into quiet submission, we were seen as The Problem by the pre-school staff. I recall being shut in a teacher's small clothes closet with my brother for hours. At another pre-school, I was not able to go to the zoo with my class because my twin and I had beat up several bullies with our fists and chairs. In first grade, my mother recounts my brother and I were very popular with girls and we were disciplined several times for girls taking us into their bathroom and tearing off our clothes. The other boys became jealous and would pick fights with us, one of whom I hammer-fisted so hard in the temple that I cracked a bone in my hand; after a string of violent provocations and harassment, he deserved it, and he cried like the little bitch he was. My twin and I were finally expelled from our elementary school after we both ended up in the principal's office for fighting, and instead of letting him paddle us, we ran. After chasing us across the campus while yelling obscenities and threats, he dropped to his knees while clutching his chest, the abusive authoritarian suffering a massive heart attack while two little shits kicked him in the ass. He was taken away in an ambulance and retired; he survived the Korean War, but retreated in the face of the Shannahan twins.
After expulsion for the serious offense of violently resisting corporal punishment, we transferred to a new elementary school for grades 2-6, but we were still freaks of nature that brought disporportionate attention from the other kids. I was not fat, but I was chubbier than my twin, so that's how they'd tell us apart. I did not like it, and my hypersensitivity to that insult of my appearance made me a fun target for bullies seeking an explosive melt-down. As later shown by brain scans indicating higher than average oppositional defiance and therefore dominance, my brain sought social dominance by instinct, and this was enhanced by the experiences of corporal punishment and I being the dominant identical twin. Further, I am a carrier of the red hair gene which is associated with 20% increased pain sensitivity and William Wallace style rage. This nueral hard wiring prevented me from ignoring taunts without suffering enduring anxiety and resentment; I could not resist fighting back. As in the other schools, authoritarians continually punished my fighting back, rather than the instigators; \"He should just lose some weight\" they would tell my mother, as I was being bullied for being slightly heavier than my identical twin, which repeated constantly for years made me develop permanent insecurity and inferiority over my physical appearance. The principal would say \"Just ignore it, and it will stop\", which to me was equivalent to \"Just sit in the back of the bus, you'll still get where you're going\" or \"Just give them your wallet, it's not worth fighting over\", or \"Just let them rape you, you'll make it worse by fighting back.\" With a personality that is sensitive to criticism, below average agreeableness, and egalitarian, I could not tolerate cruelty long before I melted-down into what bullies and bystanders dubbed \"Berserker Bob.\" Here is one suspension report out of 29 suspensions grade 2-6.
While taunts endured as a child implied I was ugly and fat, with fat implying weakness and vulnerability, as an adult, I was selected for stalking because I was too pretty, according to some.
One recent example that perfectly illustrates this point occurred 2023 at the rooftop bar of Caliente, a Mexican restaurant formerly in King's Beach, northern Lake Tahoe. As I sat down and ordered food, I noticed an attractive blonde woman seated to my right, whom I allocated some of my peripheral attention while pretending to look at the menu and the sports game on TV. Another guy to my left caught her eyeballing me, as did the woman's boyfriend, who said to her, \"What about that guy, would you go home with him?\" The couple had been arguing, which she coped with by downing several margaritas, and she seemed ready to leave him. \"Maybe for one night\", she replied in blunt honesty, triggering him to throw his cellphone onto the ground in a jealous rage over another man receiving looks of female carnal lust that he could never have, no matter how rich or famous he became. This is the pattern of most negative encounters: male frustration over a perceived strong competitor to female sexual resources.
Another example occured New Years Eve 2014-2015 in Hakkasan night club, Las Vegas. I was with a friend in the dance pit, awaiting Afrojack to begin, when a trio of beautiful young women asked my friend if I'd dance with one of them, her easily a 9/10, but being married, I stayed back and just watched the DJ. I noticed two other guys at my 9 o'clock in poorly fitting (loose) suits, staring at us and the girls in front like bums at a buffet, \"They're so pretty!\" My friend then overheard them as they approached the girls and tried to convince them we were gay, the women were not interested in these guys. Even though women will become intimidated by more beautiful women and say things like, \"she's had a lot of work done\" or, \"she's a prostitute\", these girls did not realize that men do it too. Whereas a woman who is too good looking is accused of plastic surgery, a man who is too good looking is disparaged as gay, and if he appears wealthy, they claim he's just fronting/flexing. It's not a public service announcement to the women, it's a way to disqualify another player from the game.
Similar harassment incidents were often the antics of narcissistic nobodies who couldn't stand the attention I was receiving, often arising when they notice looks of interest directed my way from attractive women. What irks some of them most of all is that I have the nerve to proclaim I have objectively desirable traits that motivate their envious or jealous response, responses they claim are simply \"calling me out\" on some negative trait or behavior deserving of shame. Instead of focusing on improving their abilities and lives, they devote considerable effort and resources to tearing me down as a way to build themselves up; sociopaths use rumors and defamation to build a coalition of useful idiots to attack their targets, and they get a sense of power in destroying reputations and lives without direct engagement. When read my responses that criminally implicate them, they file false reports with police to discredit me, distract me from pursuing legal action against them, and potentially have me killed by police to prevent my testifying against them.

Child Bullies Grow up Into Adult Bullies Who Also Primarily Target Physical Appearance
\"Fat\" comments I endured as a child implied weakness, and homosexual taunts are similarly done by teens and adults to emmasculate other men.
Starting in 2013, age 32, I was required to increase martial arts training in preparation for an intense Israeli Kapap Instructor seminar and concurrent Dux Ryu Ninjutsu Black Belt test held in 2014. My wife had complained, \"we're getting fat\", which I have severe body image C-PTSD over from years of elementary school bullying as the slightly heavier twin, so I tried to lose weight and build muscle...and did. This lead to I overhearing occasional comments directed my way which insinuated my improving fitness and somewhat traditional/conservative fashion made me fit into a certain demographic of many Bay Area men: gays. I did not realize it at the time, but this deeply upset me because it was false and implied I was not capable of defending myself- given effeminate stereotypes of gay men- which triggered my C-PTSD from being called \"fat\" or other analogues implying I was not masculine or fit to impose a retaliatory cost on bullies. Calling someone gay is singling them out as weak and vulnerable, and is a challenge to their masculinity. Further, having been implied I was undesirable much of my childhood, I developed a desire for the validation of my masculinity by beautiful women, validation which is denied when they believe a man has dick on his breath.
Early 2014, I was at STK Steak Las Vegas with my beautiful, successful wife, and her male friend commented that I looked like a character from \"Parks and Recreation.\" I had not seen the show, and when I looked up Andy Dwyer, I was not flattered by the comparison to Chris Pratt in his \"fat Pratt\" phase. I later had other instances of people noting the likeness, but also not just saying I looked like Chris, asking if I indeed was Chris Pratt, leading me to message him on Twitter on April 28, 2014; my only such attempted interaction to date. In July that year, \"Guardians of the Galaxy\" came out, launching him to sex symbol status, and the comments in public increased; mostly good from women, about half bad from men, especially in company of women saying things such as \"He looks like Chris Pratt's younger brother\" in a lustful tone. Having a history of negative attention over my appearance, I experimented with this new development by having my hair cut to copy the actor's style for awhile just to see if that changed anything. After so many years of being called fat (ugly and weak), I was now being likened to an action star who also was runner-up for Sexiest Man Alive; I was receiving praise and positive attention over my appearance, the comments including female validation of my masculinity. If you see a likeness in the photos below, you must be hallucinating, according to my stalkers. I have never had cosmetic surgery. Bullies are often Envious and Only Stop When
Their Victims Can Impose an Unacceptable Cost
\"If violent crime is to be curbed, it is only the intended victim who can do it. The felon does not fear the police, and he fears neither judge nor jury. Therefore what he must be taught to fear is his victim.\" -Colonel Jeff Cooper
In Jr. High, I joined the cross-country running team, played little league basketball and baseball, hit a growth spurt, and in High School I joined the football team and even wrestled a semester. After years of female counselor and principals' advice to just ignore the harassment and acts of violence against me, the data was in and it said that silence only confirmed weakness in the eyes of the bullies. It was only my attainment of capacity for retaliatory violence that ended the bullying, and that conclusion is echoed by child bullies in documentary, \"Bully\".
Legally, California case law in \"People v. Minifie\" supports stalking victims by allowing them additional lienecy to posture if stalkers previously threatened or harassed a victim; this justifies a heightened defensive response and allows them to “act more quickly or take greater self-defense measures.” While a stalking victim cannot make specific, immediate, credible threats, they may exercise 1st Amendment protected speech on their personal websites and social media that can include demonstrations of their defensive capability as well as promises to conditionally take either legal and/or violent defensive action against continued harassment and violent threats. Defensive posturing after being stalked is a legally recognized response, not initial aggression, and this is why my work with clients includes detailed documentation of a timeline of events. The “innocent party” requirement for self-defense does not strip victims of their rights when they prepare to defend themselves. Words alone don’t constitute “force”: The initial aggressor doctrine applies to the first person to use or threaten unlawful force, not the first person to express anger or imply defensive capability. Statements made in response to ongoing stalking are effects, not causes. Retaliatory threats, if not specific and immediate, may not meet PC 422 standards, especially when made by a trauma victim under duress.
As to \"Flying Monkeys\" who are recruited into witch hunts, no legal doctrine permits “defensive joining” of mob harassment: There is no jury instruction or case law that allows individuals to join stalking or mob harassment because they feel threatened by a victim’s distress or defensive posture. Group/mob harassment is more culpable, not less—it compounds the criminality. Each participant in mob harassment is individually liable for stalking and threats. When a person has been recruited into a witch hunt, incited to observe and disseminate location and activity reports on a stalking victim under the premise of a proactive neighborhood watch or confidential human source, they still have an obligation to investigate the veracity of the mob organizers' claims. If they witness homophobic taunts by mob members, witness they flying quadcopters above the victim as he lays by a pool or lifts weights in a yard, hears as mob members use a megaphone to allege they are \"tracking him with [his] Tesla\", and filing false police reports that result in law enforcement hovering a helicopter 30-50' above his rear lawn, that mob member has a legal duty to exit the conspiracy and report their part in it to law enforcement. It's not just a moral duty, it is required to limit culpability in conspiracy or aiding and abetting charges. When law enforcement is disclosed the conspiracy, but refuses to contact the victim or their family in order to keep the pressure on a person they despise, hoping to entrap the victim in a crime of terroristic threats once they eventually crack under the gaslighting, the mob member has a moral duty to circumvent law enforcement and directly blow the whistle to the victim and their family. If they are not afraid of the criminal liability, they should surely fear the civil liability from wrongful death suits that investigate why a stalking victim was pushed over the edge into retaliation, who did what, and who knew of the stalking but took no action or insufficient action- such as bearing witness to the victim- to stop the stalking.
I have discussed bullying deterrance strategy with two geniuses in psychology.
One genius, who I'll abbreviate as \"M\", was tested as a young child to an IQ of 180 (would be much lower on an adult test which peaks at 160) and later named \"Top student\" by Dr. Phillip Zimbardo, in all his 50 years teaching social psychology at Stanford. Zimbardo is regarded as \"The Einstein of Social Psychology\", with the \"Stanford Prisoner Experiment\" on conformity his most notable achievement. After M reviewed my full brain scans, in addition to hundreds of hours as friends, he assessed the following,
\"Mike, I worked for years in Hollywood doing models' headshots. I'm not gay, but am experienced to say you are a handsome man, strong, wealthy, and you have a lot going for you. I think the reason people are saying these things about you is because of your appearance.\"
Here is an objective assessment which explains why I get above average attention, and especially negative attention from men after they observe reactions from women. Because the test uses full resolution images to measure small bone features, rerunning the example image thumbnails would not provide the same data confidence. No, the AI did not start hallucinating after being uploaded photos of me. Nor is this me narcissistically saying \"I am handsome\" as a matter of opinion, I am providing an objective computer analysis that has identified concrete, science backed markers that support my assertions of being perceived as a strong competitor to female sexual resources aka breeding aged women. I'm not being mysoginistic, these are the proper terms for a social psychology analysis. I generally move through the public unnoticed and anonymous, and it isn't until someone looks closely, possibly recognizes me, then draws further attention to me in order to infect a new mind with the defamatory virus. If the mind to infect is a breeding aged female, they typically start with the attacks on my masculinity, where others characterize me as a terrorist despite their act is intended to incite terror in me as I overhear yet another conversion of an NPC into full on zombie. Given that taking two opposing sides of an argument is symptomatic of the disorganized thoughts of schizophrenia, and here they can't seem to decide on whether I am a masculine, dangerous man (terrorist) or, I let other men use my body as a woman's (not dangerous), it seems ironic they accuse me of having a condition associated with disorganized thoughts and speech. It's clear the defamer knows their audience and chooses to present me as whatever the target listener will most be called to action by, what will get them to stalk me and spread the rumors.
On other occasions, my genius mentor, M shared anecdotal stories of how he was bullied for his appearance. He trained to be \"The next Bruce Lee\", and Bruce Lee's female biographer used cameras to prove that this man was indeed faster than Bruce Lee. Shredded to 6% body fat even in his 40's, this human weapon would be misconstrued as working on a narcissistic image of an Adonis. Despite being hyper-masculine and extremely heterosexual, he was respectful of women and introverted due to childhood bullying over his mixed-race appearance; his lack of aggressive advances on women would often get him misidentified as a typical San Francisco gay man by women and even gay men. His genius IQ, Stanford masters degree in psychology & biology, government training and field experience in interrogations, and his experience under the same harassment made him believe my accounts and share with me his advice: submitting to harassment and stalking will only embolden further abuse.
As genius in psychology, M found another genius therapist who helped him deal with his hyper-sensitivity, childhood trauma, as well as PTSD resulting from a long career stalking and terminating foreign enemies of the US government. He sent me to his therapist who also agreed that there is a point in which you will not be able to run, and deterrence is necessary:
\"I didn't like violence. I made up my mind, living in New York, if somebody attacks me, I'll run. If I can't get away, and they catch me, I'll kill 'em. 'Cause, if I just beat 'em bloody, they're just gonna come back at me with their gang.\"
As an M.D., not just a psychotherapist, he also explained that ignoring severe bullying leads to chronic disease, and therefore the touchless assaults of verbal harassment should, over an extended time, be considered physical attacks:
\"Stress chemicals erode telemeres, promoting early aging and disease...You put cortisol into your bloodstream, so it starts dissolving the organs of your body, to turn them into sugar so you can put full energy out there....There is so much fear in the mind at that point, the psyche, the mind, cannot bear the pain. If it had to be exposed to that pain over a long period of time, then there is running the risk of becoming psychotic, developing a severe personality disorder, really going crazy and not being able to function. The animal brain says, \"This is intolerable, I've gotta find a way to make it tolerable.\" It figures out a way to protect itself; for instance, if there's trauma, the brain says, \"I can protect myself, I will just stay in my room and not let anyone see me, I'll just read in the closet at night.\" Or, another brain says, \"I'm gonna beat up everybody, I'm gonna be obstinate, I'm gonna fight. Nobody is gonna take advantage of me.\" Another says, \"I'm gonna find anything that I can to dull the pain, so I'll start taking sips out of the liquor cabinet.\" There can be dissociation which takes place while the abuse happens. A kid was picking on me on the way home from school. I'm walking down the street, so I grabbed him, put him in a head-lock, and I just ran full speed into the car that was parked there, smashed his head into the fender and left him on the ground. Of course, he never bothered me again. The goal of your unconscious mind is to avoid the pain, and you can avoid the pain by running, or killing the person who is coming after you...that's all. You don't want to kill somebody, you don't want to run away, you just want the pain to stop.\" -E.M., M.D.
This is his description of the mind of the person harassed, while his solution involves non-violent responses such as meditation and guided breathwork to exit 'amygdala hijacking'.
Most of the attention directed my way now is very negative, typically laughter over the extensiveness of damage to my life they have done by gossip and lies. They laugh inside their homes, their yards, their cars, and think I have no right to feel anger as they spread highly defamatory statements intended to ridicule me, statements which mortify and actually have incited violence against me. If a terrorist in Afghanistan was plotting to harm them, they'd want them arrested or bombed; however, they think their right to privacy and first amendment protects terrorizing me by spreading rumors which they know or reasonably should know will shun me, oppress, and incite further violence against me. If a stalker sat outside their home in a car, with the windows rolled up, vigorously inserted a magazine, racked the charging handle, and loudly said a prayer to Jobu, do the targets in the home have no right to feel fearful, angry, and harassed by hearing this, on account of the stalker having the windows rolled up and not thinking the people inside could hear his preparations to attack? My stalkers say I'm overreacting, that I deserve what I am getting, citing a license plate as justification, when that was not installed until January 2018. They excuse their continued assaults on my reputation and sanity by saying the extreme, defiant reaction of mine justifies them to watch me further, recruiting vigilantes and badges to pacify me, to dominate me.
\"People vs. Minifie\" supports my general, non-specific, defensive posturing against harassers and stalkers, while providing them no legal excuse to use my distress and agitation to join the mob or escalate against me. Red Flag laws include sections where victims of false allegations can seek recourse against accusers, drafters of the law recognizing that disarming a victim of their means of defense will cause distress as well as vulnerability to physical attack. California’s red flag law—formally known as the Gun Violence Restraining Order (GVRO) statutes—specifically makes it a criminal offense to file a petition for a GVRO “knowing the information in the petition to be materially false or with intent to harass.” This is outlined in California Penal Code sections 18100–18205. Filing a false GVRO with malicious intent or to harass is a misdemeanor, and those targeted by such frivolous or fraudulent claims can seek remedies and, in some cases, pursue civil action for damages. The penal code enables criminal prosecution of persons who abuse the GVRO process, including stalkers or unscrupulous law enforcement seeking to disarm agitated victims via false allegations. If an individual is the target of a knowingly false or malicious GVRO, after prevailing at the hearing, they may have grounds to seek damages under common law torts (malicious prosecution, abuse of process) and pursue prosecution of the false filer. Evidence of malicious intent can be public records of reports made to law enforcement that the victim is dangerous, yet omitting the stalkers' harassment is what has agitated their response, a response that is legal under Minifie. Further evidence is the stalkers yelling threats such as \"Hey fag, the FBI is gonna take your weapons!\", a threat of death by SWATing which is aided and effected by urging law enforcment to red flag the victim, showing a pattern of intentional, coordinated acts to disarm their victim of means of defense or retaliation. Other evidence would be co-conspirators who have prior charges or convictions for violent felonies, making terroristic threats, and providing false information to police. Further evidence would be subpeonaed logs of stalkers' IP addresses visiting the victim's websites, and subpeonaed records from stalkers' social media accounts showing a pattern of searching for and viewing the victim's social media accounts.
An estimated 500,000 women were persecuted and killed during the witch hunts of the Dark Age, many of the accusers motivated by envy of wealthy dowagers. You can't just watch
\"John Wick\" half way into the film and proclaim the plot is of a mass murderer going on a rampage against a Russian business; he lost his wife, lost his dog, they messed with his grey muscle car, they made him feel unsafe at home, and Wick's targets were the Initial Aggressors. Every Russian guard was acting in offense to protect the entitled son of the mob boss, they were not exercising legal or morally justified defense of an Innocent Party. Similarly, those who take up the banner of my stalker who was envious of my wealth, jealous of his female friend's \"badass\" praise of me, are inheritors of his cause; they are tainted by and in service of his envy and jealousy. They incited mob violence upon a man who just wanted to introvertedly enjoy a music festival.
While infamy and being the subject of tabloid level rumors is certainly nothing to be jealous over, even bad press is good press for narcissists. They need the spotlight on them, so it irks them that they remain unknown, while I am known- \"famous\", according to a guy in Costa Rica-, even if that reputation is the kind that most people would throw themselves off a bridge to escape. By propagating lies that damage the social standing of another, the narcissist and/or antisocial personality obtains a means to take down rivals they could not do so in direct combat, and this success in conniving the shame of another from safety of the shadows gives them a sense of power over their terrorized victim. Make no mistake, these are skilled terrorists, and are similarly antisocial personality disorder driven as the child with the magnifying glass who draws sadistic pleasure torturing the ants.
I tried many solutions to peacefully, diplomatically resolve the situation so \"Berserker Bob\" within would not be summoned from the shadows of the abyss, including hiring very expensive image/branding consultants to address the harassment over my appearance, also psychological assessments to see where I could change my behavior to limit the harassment. I rejected advice that was submissive or not sufficiently communicating my authentic self, and slowly arrived at first-principals solutions that mimic animal responses to predation such as becoming poisonous, quilled, or displaying bright colors. The harassment and anxiety was so frustrating and distracting that I could not continue my cognitively challenging robotics business, having to devote most of my time and thoughts to countering the oppressive threat- I suffered a 'Bottom Heavy Brain' from the repeated attacks. My experience learning to defend myself by extreme measures now puts me in a position to be very informed and valuable to the rapidly growing number of billionaires who need to hedge global catastrophe and attacks by vocal mobs of zombified enemies.

In late September 2015, in Mountain View, California, I and a friend attended an outdoor EDM festival called \"Beyond Wonderland\". Because of the hyper-sensitivity to criticism over my appearance detailed above, and my sensory-hypersensitivity towards detecting taunts, I overheard and was angered by a comment relating me to Chris Pratt in a negative way, and felt very insecure afterwards, hyper-vigilant, due to my friend's feminine man-bun hair do. At one point, a group of young men surrounded my friend, and one harassed him by lightly tugging on his man-bun; I took offense to this, especially because they did it in front of me with no fear of my retaliation. Being Combat Ready for my bros, I used a Bujinkan technique of grabbing my friend's hips, shifting him to the side and away from the harassers, I presenting front and center with a look on my face of \"Don't fuck with us.\" My friend had not seen their looks of disdain and smiles behind him as they criminally battered him with those hair tugs, so he believed I was overreacting. He put his arm around me to calm me, which I felt could appear as homosexual affection, so I quickly brushed it off and explained, \"Everyone around us thinks we're fags!\" I said it to get him to pay attention to what was going on. I was 'condition red', threat imminent, shields up, ears perked. I sat down to de-escalate and not draw further attention, then picked up a conversation around 20 feet to my rear, where a group of 4-8 males and females of approximately early twenties had seen the rescue of my friend, but wondered why I said what I did. They must have not heard the other negative comment, or understood that screwing with someone's friend without fear of retaliation is emasculating. Their witnessing of the rejection of the arm embrace, speculation of the cause, and resulting humiliation they would subject me has similar circumstances to the \"Cold Play Kiss Cam\" incident in 2025. In order to investigate the commotion they saw between he and I, I listened as they plotted to send over one of the girls to look me up on Facebook, to see if my account looked gay. Then, a young Asian American woman approached from the rear, pretended to be naive of the recent altercation, asked some basic small talk questions before requesting my Facebook account to keep in touch. She then walked back to the group as I pretended to listen to the Flux Pavillion DJ set on stage, while actually cocking an ear somewhat back and focusing my full cognition rearward. To my delight, she looked me up and said, \"This guy is swimming with sharks and standing behind a tiger. He has a wife!? He's a badass! It is impossible for him to be gay!\" This was followed by her young male companion stating, \"He's on a private jet with his dog, he's a Richie Rich. Well, if he's not gay, he must be hallucinating (he's being called a fag).\" I remember specifically using the words \"everybody thinks\" not \"are saying.\" This was such a stupid, illogical deduction by him that I didn't feel any intelligent person would agree, so I dropped my guard a bit and went back to minding my own business. The problem is, intelligence wasn't the only issue, rather what famed psychologist, Solomon Asch, called susceptibility to 'normative influence' in his conformity experiments.
Soon after, to my 7 o' clock, I heard \"fag!\" and turned my head to the left to see a medium to largish Korean looking young man, standing just out of reach, in a wide stance with a fist at his right side. \"Be careful, he knows martial arts!\" said another Asian male 10' feet behind him, among another 6-10 Asian males staring at me. Apparently, the friend of the young Asian woman had told this group that I was hallucinating being called gay, but it was impossible for me to actually be gay (showing them my Facebook), therefore I must secretly be actually gay. This is a logical path that lacks foundation. One cannot be both impossible to be gay and actually gay; however, people will believe obscenely ridiculous rumors if it brings them a sense of schadenfreude, with that sense heightened by shaming people they perceive are more wealthy (\"Richie Rich\") or attractive (\"Chris Pratt\"). First, the young man's claim that I was hallucinating was false and could have been thought through with logic had he not been blinded by jealously when I was referred to as a \"badass\", a praise he realized no woman would bestow upon him. Second, he recruited a mob to cyber stalk me, leading to criminal fighting words (P.C. 415(3) disturbing the peace) and an assault by the Korean, as the challenge with threat of his fist and stance in proximity to me constituted an assault (P.C. 240); I could have legally used preemptive force, but restrained myself. Together, these acts were harassment, possibly the beginnings of criminal stalking due to a 'course of conduct' of harassment coupled with threats of violence- the clenched fist and stance-, and these are enhanced as hate crimes because they perceived I had a mental disability and/or was homosexual.
This establishes they, and all those instigated by their intentionally salacious rumors since 2015, are the Initial Aggressors under self defense case law, and People v. Minifie permits me to take enhanced defensive posture. This enhanced posture can include all content on this website and my social media which explains the criminality, a timeline which makes they the intitial agressors, and displays capacity for defensive violence and even retaliatory violence which is not both immediate and specific to a person I can identify. I may conditionally threaten violent force against anyone who joins the stalking by disseminating the stalkers' very specific, defamatory rumors; who joins by filing reports to police without first investigating who the true victim is; who joins by providing my location and movement information to the stalker network for following me; or joins by sharing my complaints on this page and social media to the stalker network with intent to coordinate further harassment and SWATting hoaxes; or joins by uttering fighting words (P.C. 415) or threats; to name a few acts. They have full exposure to my P.C. 422 and 646.9 claims, and civil claims, while my 65+ pages of documented harassment dating back to early 2015 means I have reduced legal exposure. They are a terrorist gang that I have a legal and moral right to promise to counter with proportional, reasonable force, no matter how large their gang grows.
Later, in the parking lot at Beyond Wonderland in Mountain View, waiting for the backed-up traffic to pass, five young, mostly or all Caucasian men, loaded into a silver pickup truck. The three in the rear of the cab looked back with grins on their faces as the driver started his truck and gassed it to spray gravel onto the right, front fender and side of my one-year old M3 (without the douche license plate yet), laughs emanating from the truck. They knew it was coming, it was no accident, and the laughs suggest malice. This vandalism further reinforced that the crime of stalking was being committed. A later event showed the driver believed I was actually gay, rising the vandalsim to a hate crime.
On the second day of this two-day music festival, I overheard the fabricator of the hallucination story admit to a male and female next to him that he'd followed me into the bathroom and looked at me while I was at a urinal- there were no privacy dividers- and then he \"followed him and told, like, nine hundred girls he's hallucinating everyone around him is calling him gay\", then he admitted to describing my genitals to them all in an unflattering way. This hypocrite was calling me gay, meanwhile he's checking out dicks in the bathroom. I had been listening to this group of three from about 30 feet to my 3 o' clock, and when I heard that violation of my privacy, and a description that was not flattering (I'm a super-grower, many women very satisfied with my aroused body and performance), I whipped my head over and stared at them. I had heard admission of what is quite likely a sex crime. \"Whoa, he heard that? He didn't like what he heard\", said one of the perpetrator's friends. At this point, the trio observed my hyper-sensitive hearing and listening, and should have been on notice to correct the rumors as to I actually hearing defamation, but either they didn't care or the mind-virus had infected too many, \"900\", by this point. What would YOU do if someone followed you into a public bathroom and then followed you around for several hours, at a festival they paid ~$350 dollars to attend, but instead of listening to music and spreading Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect (PLUR), they spread lies that incited homophobic violence, stalking, and severe shame upon you? What would most people want to do? Realizing I was in a secured, fenced area, with many witnesses, I chose restraint. Was walking away and discretion the response you chose in my prompt above, or did you choose jail and a civil suit for maiming or wrongful death?
Several months later, I was sitting in traffic on Marsh road near Middlefield in the Menlo Park / Atherton area when I heard a male voice in the truck behind me state loudly, \"I just saw him driving a hundred miles an hour down Bayshore Expressway, I thought he was gay!! (if you think this statement is why I drive fast, most M3 owners drive that way, else why pay the extra money for power not used?; see my elementary school work related to extreme rollerblading, on my Facebook page, and research ADHD's impact on driving style). I looked into my rear view mirror to see a familiar shape/size and faced guy in his silver pickup, on a cell phone. His admission shows that when he vandalized my car, he believed I was homosexual, and therefore it was a hate crime. If you have not read up on those laws, as I have, they do not protect certain special groups; they are written to punish perpetrators for their perception of the victim being in one or more of those groups, so the target need not actually be gay to have it be a hate crime. The crime need only be partially motivated by hate to count as a hate crime offense.
Soon after, maybe days, I was in my master bathroom when I heard my name called in the back yard, \"Mike!\" I peeked through the blinds to see a head moving towards the right, to meet my neighbor to the East, whose name was also Mike. This neighbor to the north, whose last name starts with a G, reported as to what he'd seen me doing on my laptop at my kitchen table recently, the 17\" screen for which pointed towards his fence, then, to my surprise, he recounted being on Marsh road recently and observing and hearing the guy in the silver truck yakking on his phone. Maybe he's not hallucinating, he gathered. Apparently, one may deduce that this neighbor, Mike, had recruited this other neighbor to spy on me after hearing false rumors spread that I was on drugs and hallucinating \"everyone is calling us fags\" instead of what I actually said, \"everyone thinks we're fags [due to the man bun and my appearance]\". I felt surrounded and triggered, watched, while thankful the other neighbor had witnessed what was occurring to me and could possibly influence the other neighbor, Mike, not to join the mob's false rumors.
This neighbor to my East, Mike, had remodeled his outdoor backyard as a grilling and sports watching area, and had parties on many summer weekends. One day, he pulled out of his driveway and stopped his black GMC SUV in the street to stare at me as I spoke with my male branding consultant mentioned earlier, a gay man. At a subsequent weekend, I returned home from a restaurant with my wife, walking to my front door to hear Mike's voice in his rear yard travel up the narrow alley between our closely-spaced homes, \"He's hired a fashion guru consultant, a gay guy named {redacted}, I've got some advice for him...don't take fashion advice from a queer!\" Laughter ensued. On this occasion, or another in late 2015, I heard some of them talking about me so I got up off the couch, quietly went upstairs to my bedroom, turned off the light, and put my ear near the window shades. I then heard an older male say from Mike's back yard, \"he went upstairs and turned off the light, he's listening...Kill the fag!! Kill the fag!! This criminal threat was yelled over the voices of playing children. Mike then told him not to do that. It occurred to me to put on my plate carrier, Ops Core helmet, and raise the shade to have them reconsider future threats, but my discipline and past unfair treatment by law enforcement- who would probably take their side after denials of uttering such an offensive threat- made me slink back to the couch with my tail between my legs. I was being stalked at my own home, and it emasculated me. I became bathed in anxiety and a feeling of isolation and aloneness when my wife denied hearing anything over her loud TV, the yelling not uncharacteristic from the touchdown or basketball related shouting common to this neighbor's parties. In analysis, this criminal threat of inciting violence against me may have raised the harassment of most to all involved parties to the crime of stalking, if it was not already, further establishing my right under Minifie to posture defensively against all current and future members of the growing mob.
On another visit to Flemming's Palo Alto steakhouse late 2015, which has an obvious problem in staff selection, several waiters had gathered in the middle of their packed restaurant, and although very busy, they took the time to huddle and look at me from afar, comment, and laugh. Maybe it had nothing to do with me, but based on the prior incident, my mind assumed this was a repeat, resulting in me going home triggered, with angry verbal outbursts. Soon after, in the daytime, I overheard my neighbor, Mike, through his open windows, recounting my triggered response to a law enforcement officer who he'd summoned, requesting I be watched. I had been an object of ridicule, but now that their supposedly completely non-threatening, allegedly queer, laughing-stock was revealed to have potential to defend himself, harassers escalated the situation by recruiting men with guns, training, and surveillance powers to watch me. Given past issues with police, this triggered severe paranoia. I now had a nuclear missile gap that was an existential threat.
In January 2016, I was gardening in my front yard, concealed by shrubs, when a 60s-70s age Caucasian couple walked by, East to West, and the male looked at my house and said, \"I heard from his neighbor that he's getting worse.\" He then saw me out of the corner of his right eye, on my knees installing weed underlayment, \"oh, he's right there\" as they scurried off. You're not paranoid, if they're really watching you.
In early-mid 2016, I was stopped in traffic in Menlo Park, headed Eastbound on El Camino Real, just East of Valparaiso. There was a police vehicle- likely Menlo Park P.D.- with two officers parked on the right, seemingly at a traffic stop. One officer looked at my vehicle, looked at me, turned to his partner, and said, “Isn't that the guy who wants to kill cops?” An investigation into my neighbors' report to police and/or sheriff department should establish if he reported my agitation or 1st amendment protected \"political hyperbole\" along the lines of \"from my cold, dead hands\", conveniently omitting that he'd been spreading disgusting rumors that incited a death threat and rumors disparaging my mental health.
Later in 2016, I was at home when my French Bulldog barked at the front door, with an idling engine out front; this usually indicated a package delivery that needed retrieval before porch pirates struck. As I listened for potential footsteps of a UPS deliveryman, I heard a male voice speak from the origin of the idling car, towards my front door where my dog had barked. It was not a yell, but seemingly aimed directly at my front door, loud enough to hear through my poorly weather-stripped front door, “[unintelligible]...I heard what you said about our deputies/officers, at the end of the World, we're coming over here and barbecuing that little dog of yours...but we'll feed some to your wife, because we feel sorry for her...because she's married to you.\" The speaker obviously was aware of my prior 4 years of volunteer work as a CERT, possibly seeing me participate in disaster drills, and used that insecurity and fear to incite fear in me of violent maurauding home invasion in the event of a loss of law and order. In Huricane Katrina, not quite \"end of the World\", cops killed looters, and some used the chaos to outright murder. Because I did not see the vehicle before it drove off, verifying it was a law enforcement vehicle, I won't jump to conclusions as to whether it was L.E. or just a person aggressively backing the blue in response to my neighbors' attempts to cast me as the bad guy in order to discredit me if I filed a complaint over the death threat and defamation. Evidence that it was an L.E. would be if law enforcement insitutionally attempts to murder me by setting up a furtive movement shooting; this would be accomplished by twisitng my 1st amendment protected recounting of governement abuse to somewhow be reverse logic where threats on my life by law enforcement are to be interpretted as my threatening law enforcement. By labeling me \"armed and dangerous\", the system can make any traffic stop have incredibly higher anxiety for the officer, on a hair trigger, and if they shoot me unjustifiably for some perceived hand position or movement, the officer can cite what they read in their computer as to me being \"armed and dangerous.\" If that occurs, I demand my estate executor to sue for wrongful death, the government agent who created the \"armed and dangerous\" entry into the system, as they can find no evidence on my website, social media, or legal filings where I am carrying without a permit, threatening criminal violence against law enforcement, or otherwise make explicit threats; nor can implicit threats be relied upon without significant mental gymnastics, especially given my rights to enhanced defensive posturing under People v. Minifie.
In 2017, a house party down the street resulted in several men outside my home allegedly challenging someone to a fight. I heard the party, but was watching a movie and working on TASER curriculum intently. I appreciate the neighbor across the street calling the police and documenting this instance of fighting words, words that rise to criminal stalking if the utterers knew I was being harassed by others, but the neighbor ghosted me upon questioning her the exact house being yelled at. Maybe she'd bought into the colorful stories being spread next door, and was embarrassed that gossip may have contributed to this escalation towards threatened, credible violence out front my home. There have been similar criminal threats yelled at my homes that were witnessed by neighbors, but they refuse to bear witness because stalkers convince them that what they witnessed was an exception to the rule; while they witnessed a real instance of harassment, all of the other incidents I report must be hallucinations. Therefore, witnesses stay silent such that a real threat or taunt does not provide me evidence to prove that the supposed hallucinations are real, \"keep quiet, don't reinforce his delusion\" may say the stalkers. The problem is that the rumor originator, Patient Zero, was gaslighting me to get revenge for what his female friend or love interest said, \"he's a badass\"; the original spreading of rumors to the Koreans- \"be careful, he knows martial arts\"- was intentional incitement of gaslighting, and nearly all subsequent taunts are gaslighting, there was never an actual hallucination. They allege drug use to excuse their conduct...but which ones? Nobody in my family regularly smokes marijuana, and none of them have ever reported to me they suffered THC induced psychosis or had been put on a psychiatric hold. Even my identical twin is not susceptible to THC induced psychosis- he can testify to this. As reported by Lisa Ling, 60% of EDM festival goers take MDMA as a core element of the experience; is my aggression and hypervigilence in response to the man-bun tugging consistent with massive release of oxytocin and serotonin? Think about it. Maybe PCP could explain it, but in that case, I would of caved in the Korean guy's face without giving a fuck about how many of his friends I had to fight. They allege drugs as a blanket excuse to justify their rumors, but what drugs? How is that drug or combination thereof- regardless of dose- coinsistent with my observed behavior, especially when interpreted with my elementary school discipline report which describes an autistic meltdown with very similar behavior to being surrounded and taunted at this festival?
This series of events presented me with a growing mob of neighbors and cops spreading disgusting rumors and threats of violence, resulting in a near nervous break down January 2016. My wife, parents, and brother could not believe what I was hearing and seeing, even though visual sensor fusion with auditory stimulus results in much higher confidence in these events as real observations. Visual and audible hallucinations in a coordinated narrative hallucination is unheard of, even for severe crack or meth addicts. Having no mental illness in the family on either side, except for one uncle a bit off from environmental issues, plus a perfectly stable identical twin, they assumed the only reason for these symptoms could be drug use. In early 2016, at the height of distress, I took a drug test and was shown to be completely clean. A short-form MMPI showed no diagnostic level personality disorders. Despite this, they refused to believe that wealthy Menlo Park residents would take time out of their busy lives to harass me: married to an attorney, a USC engineering grad working tirelessly on patents, yet finding time to prepare my community for disasters. It was unconscionable to them that I would be bullied by adults. They were now infected with the mob's narrative that was destroying my credibility and sanity. As a result of total encirclement, devoid of allies, I was unable to be productive on my business, it requiring intense research and work drafting mechanical designs for an advanced robotic device I was patenting. I was right back in elementary school with bullies taunting me on a daily basis, they not fearful of my retaliation because I was under such scrutiny from the administration for being suspended constantly for fights. I was hearing people drive past my house, recognize my car, and repeat the rumors. My cars were egged with paint damage, the only house I ever saw egged on that street. My douchey license plate, \"FLXNHRD\", is my Hyper-Sensitive Person pride flag, pride of dominance against haters. You don't like that I'm a Richie Richie? Well I'll take that shit you flung at me and remind you that you can't flex, envious hater. I will not cower.
My neighbor, Mike, moved before the above incident of three men challenging me to fight out front my home, and a nice couple moved in who we never had any issues with. Within a week or two after the incident of the fight challenge and its recount on nextdoor.com, my car was parked in my driveway while I was in the rear of my house when I heard what sounded like the voice of the new owner next door, Rick, speaking on the street curb (distance audibly estimated) with another male voice of approximately 50-60 years old. \"The guy who drives that car is gay\", said the older man. \"No he's not, he's a firearms instructor\", replied Rick, he most likely reading my comments on Nextdoor over the fight challenge out front. Thank you, Rick- if that was your voice- for being a voice of objectivity in a sea of shadenfreude-seeking conformity. Please tell the truth if you are asked to recount this conversation, one I was sensitive enough to overhear inside my home, all the way rear, my windows and doors shut.
I needed to make money for my business, and synergistically defend myself, so I offered to teach martial arts at my friend's retail shop in S.F., and then got NRA Instructor certified to teach on the shooting simulator he bought. Comments persisted as my relationships with my wife and family deteriorated, they not believing my accounts; what I was claiming was being done to me was unconscionable to them, therefore it could not be happening. As detailed near the top by the world-class M.D. psychotherapist, these 'inescapable shocks' of negative 'normative influence' in the form of shame, threats of violence, and acts violence were killing me by dissolving my organs and creating disease. When the Rule of Law does not protect life, The Law of The Jungle is all that will save the pursued prey.

\"Flying Monkeys\" to aid their harassment, and as demonstrated by eBay security at 22:40 into the video, they will file false police reports to try and recruit law enforcement to aid their stalking. In a guise of fake concern for public safety, the stalker attempts to dupe law enforcement into watching the victims, making false arrests, feeding surveillance information back to the stalkers such as travel/whereabouts, and the stalkers may go so far as to offer service as confidential human sources in return for potential immunity against prosecution for their stalking.
In fact, in \"Confessions of A Gang Stalker\", the first studied incidences of gang/group stalking was by vigilante arms of the KKK who sought to aid small town law enforcement in banishing undesirables from the community. They selected victims, coordinated following them, made the targets paranoid by letting them know their whereabouts were being tracked, shared those whereabouts with law enforcement, had tacit approval from law enforcement as if they were a neighborhood watch, and they employed distributed, persistent taunts to drive the target out of town. In order to skirt charges of making criminal threats, the group would have members utter a couple words each, in sequence, so no individual member uttered a complete criminal threat; in the author's example, \"We're gonna kill you, ni*g*r\" would have a single word uttered by each member of a mob. Laws then were clarified which define mobs and make each party wholly liable for the acts of the group, demonstrated by every member of the eBay security team being charged with felonies, even for members who were serving logistical roles.
In my case, my history of abuse by authoritarians has isolated me from the protection of the law, and my stalkers, as was done by eBay security, have filed false reports in order to add law enforcement to their witch hunt. One objective is to harass and provoke me into making a criminal threat which can be used to disarm me, thereby increasing my fear of their threats of violence and inhibiting my bringing the fight to them. Having riled me up, they use my agitation and promises to defend against their coordinated criminal attacks as material to present to law enforcement for SWATting hoax attempts or red flag confiscations. \"People vs. Minifie\" gives me a legal right to proportionately posture to what I am being threatened, while they have zero right to threaten me, even if they were told I'm a terrorist and they only incidently join the mob and conduct minor contributions such as gossiping or occasional location or activity reports...stalking is synonomous with following.
The lies of omission in their reports to law enforcement- omitting the taunts they witness from their own household or by neighbors they colluded with- are especially damaging to my sense of security and emotional well being. After the 2008 financial crisis almost toppled the entire system, I was afraid that my government may be too weak in some cases, and I could be on my own; however, I also came to see that government, like toxic authoritarian school administrators I had struggled with as a child, could be too strong. In the early 2000s and late 2007, I experienced two serious, enraging violations of my civil rights. The first was in case \"DERRICK KENNEDY ET AL VS. CITY OF FOLSOM, ET AL\" which involved an illegally demanded breathalyzer test (I blew all zeros at a New Years Eve party), and that ended with the judge restoring my faith in the legal system by lecturing the offenders on the 4th Amendment. That incident had nothing to do with my appearance and was over 20 years ago; I've come to see rule-breaking and harassment by police as more of the same abuse I suffer from regular people, so the issue is not a problem isolated to cops but rather includes specific types of personalities that enjoy gossiping and making others suffer.
In the second negative encounter with police in 2007, I drove from my robotics firmware engineering job in San Jose to visit family in Sacramento, on the way meeting some friends at a bar to drive them home as designated driver. I was pulled over immediately, the officer's stated reason that my tail light was out; it was, but this was a presumptive DUI stop, which can be constitutional if not done in concert with intent to violate the subject's 4th amendment. Despite the officer standing up-wind in a strong wind storm, he claimed to smell alcohol on my breath. He stated- not requested- he needed to search my vehicle, then violated my territory by rummaging through the entire vehicle with two support officers. He then mislead me as to the suspension of my license if I did not take a breathalyzer, so I did, and blew all zeros. A witness in the car with me, an active police officer for another jurisdiction, stated, \"Cops can do anything they want.\" Can they?? I realized that no matter what I said to the officer, like any good salesman, he had a branching script in his mind that would have come up with a pre-made excuse to counter any of my objections in order to justify his search of my vehicle and breath to bust me for the DUI he'd decided I was guilty of before even pulling me over.
Then there was the incidents late 2015-2016 where my neighbor apparently told law enforcement I was a \"guy who wants to kill cops\", and then someone threatened to barbecue my dog.
In early 2018, in a Safeway parking lot in Menlo Park off El Camino Real, I walked past two uniformed police officers who were headed towards the front doors of the store. I felt their looks. After I walked past, in my right ear, I heard the female say to the male, \"Isn't that the gay firearms instructor?!\" Aside from the objectively asinine nature of that belief, notably, the phrasing in that comment is not what one would use to inform someone of an obscure rumor for the first time. That is how you would call attention to someone who is the butt of a widespread, persistent rumor inside the force, that you're sure the other officer must have heard a couple times and chuckled. It confirmed that my stalkers had escalated the situation significantly by zombifying at least a few gullible cops.
Another zombie cop made himself known months later in early to mid 2018. I was driving in Menlo Park, North on Valparaiso, through the intersection with El Camino Real, where there was a black and white SUV police cruiser in the Southbound left turning lane waiting to head East on El Camino. As I rolled past the cruiser with my driver's window partially down, the SUV had its window rolled down significantly, if not all the way down, and the male cop driver clearly called me a \"fag\" just as I drove past. That is not out of character, even in the S.F. Bay Area, even against their own, in the last place you'd expect them to think they could get away with it. Brazen. He did so, I surmise, because he had heard the rumor, possibly from the sheriff's deputy summoned by my neighbor, Mike, years ago, and he thought he could get away with it, later claiming I hallucinated the insult if I filed a complaint; He could gaslight me. This was disturbing the peace by 'fighting words', and the case law criminalizing that was actually used against a citizen calling cops \"fascist pigs.\" It made me feel watched, by many men armed with guns and ability to fake a furtive movement shooting of me, then claim reliance on the false characterization of me as a lunatic, rather than the true narrative of a PTSD ridden stalking victim. This phenomenon of the instigator or stalker going to the police first, after their victim puts up a successful defense, is not new to law enforcement, and is referred to as the 'race to 911' in concealed carry; I had now fully lost that race to my stalkers.
This culminated in Nov-Dec 2018 where I was falsely arrested and a serious crime lab error occurred, not that THAT ever happens, (C'mon, Kamala!); else, evidence was tampered with in order to frame me for a serious crime. Multiple pieces of evidence suggest tampering, including a crime lab audit report which was excluded at trial, and a lab technician's testimony that my coordination and behavior could only be that good if I was a \"regular drinker\" i.e. an alcoholic, which I am not, have never been alcoholic according to my ex-wife, and brains scans prove it. As the law enforcement officer instructing my P.C. 832 \"laws of arrest\" course put it succinctly, \"some cops like to frame people.\" It's why chain of custody exists, and aberrations in it typically should lead to said evidence being culled by a judge. Then there is my friend's statement long ago at the presumptive stop in Folsom, \"cops can do anything they want.\" Only if good men stay silent. Oh, and to the middle-aged male juror who commented, \"that's his boyfriend\" when my witness walked into the court room, that guy is 100% straight, gets tons of pussy for his age, prides himself as aspiring to be \"a good Christian\", just married a cisgender woman, and he works with his hands on people as a physical therapist; you seriously defamed him and his business in your crusade to bias the jury against me. You saw on the news what happened at a bowling alley and bar in Maine The Very Next Day after your wrongful judgment. Given that was the first instance of a mass shooting by a firearms instructor, ever, he (Robert Card) accused of suffering a persecutory delusion of being called a pedophile, I suggest you contemplate over the possibility that massacre of 18 dead and 51 wounded was a message. Given the timing and details that overlap with my ordeal, I do. I take it as an unfortunate occurance that surely is about much more than little 'ol me. A message that proves the very point I had been failing to get across as to the unreasonable, reckless endangerment that has been the criminal provoking of an extensively trained firearms instructor who's life is being destroyed maliciously. I took it as a sign to sit down, be silent, and let the mob marinate in what has happened, particularly the synchronicity. Their move. As to your digestion of this, do you think it's just a coincidence that a \"hallucinating firearms instructor\" ostracized from his town was driven to suicidally taking down his perceived enemies in a blaze of glory? Many rationalize hate with, \"God hates fags\", but after watching \"Passion of The Christ\", I think God/Spirit has a special place in Hell for those gullible zombies who wrongfully arrest, bear false witness, and throw stones at people who refuse to bow to the cruel mob.
On July 13, 2025, I was in the exact same commercial area of old-town Folsom I'd had the 2007 incident, when a Folsom P.D. SUV drove by, slowing their vehicle to observe me, and a male occupant yelled, “That queer's been drinking!”, ostensibly to his partner; the windows were rolled up, and the voice was muffled, but the parking lot was quiet, and the speaker's mouth would have been projecting inches from the driver's window while aimed at me, insufficient noise isolation for a hyper-vigilent autistic not to hear. I ran the words back in my mind, and it didn't sound like, “That guy's been drinking”, it sounded derogatory in tone, more like “queer's” than “guy's.” I was the only person in the area, walking into a parking lot to my Tesla sedan, the GPS coordinates of which they may have had access to. This SUV then sped off, along the path towards my parents' home where I was staying. I drove past a gas station with two Folsom P.D. SUVs, but neither followed. At the city limit, a Placer County Sheriff's deputy swooped in, and despite my flawless driving over a mile and a half, the deputy executed a stop. He stated the purpose was a headlight out, but immediately went into questions establishing this was a presumptive DUI stop. Because of my 1st Amendment protected complaints on this site, protected accounts intended for transparency of law enforcement, Folsom P.D. delgated the stop to another agency, setting up an ambush; while the headlight out permits a stop, even if they suspect DUI due to the time of night, the officer calling the county sheriff dispatch did so in order to exercise his homophobic bias and to retaliate for my documenting their abuse here, making the stop a violation of my civil rights. If I am killed in a furtive movement shooting, that stop, prior stops, the 2000 civil suit they lost to my friend, and the initmidation in Redwood City court house establish intentional wrongful death, intended to prime other officers to shoot me for the slightest move, IF my suspicion is true that they have marked me as \"armed and dangerous\".
As with the frying pan and paddle-wielding principal in my childhood, I knew submission was not a tolerable solution to dealing with authoritarians, and like the childhood bullies who would taunt me and then lie to the teacher or principal to get me in trouble, adults would also use authoritarians and my tenuous relationship with authority as their way to use violence by proxy, a.k.a. SWATting hoaxes.

I got a full psych eval and brain scans at the Amen clinic December 2018, soon after a false arrest. The analysis from the doctor of my $5,500 worth of scans and testing was \"these are very good scans\", with a healthy brain of my age group here, and mine here . The doc said I was definitively not suffering from schizophrenia, which is the easiest and most picturesque condition diagnosed by that clinic; nor was there any sign of damage from chronic alcohol or drug use such as marijuana. While I won't comment as to if I have ever used a recreational drug or not, my ex-wife can testify that in 17 years, she never saw me take drugs and never expressed any interest; same for my ex-girlfriend. Proven not an alcoholic by the scans, my last alcoholic beverage was February 23, 2020, and I have no cravings, able to go to bars and be fine with ginger beer or non-alcoholic beers such as Heinekan 0.
Other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy screened out any bipolar and mood disorders such as those that can lead to mania induced hallucinations and delusions. My sleep is regular and normal, always has been, despite a night owl chronotype; \"true bipolars may not sleep for weeks...a month!\" said the therapist clearing me of mood disorders. As to the most difficult condition to accurately diagnose, Borderline Personality Disorder, that is primarily an identity crisis shown by frequent, significant changes in interests, hair styles, social clique/identity; looking at my student work samples from age 10-13, shown atop my Facebook page, I am the same now as I was back then. I am also similar in interests to my identical twin- are you going to defame him as well by claiming he's a drugged out lunatic, that his Mormon wife and two kids are a facade?? Further, Borderline sufferers have severe abandonment issues, which I have never displayed in any relationships with family, my ex-wife, or ex-girlfriend. Borderline does, however, overlap in many symptoms with Complex PTSD (C-PTSD). My behavior is consistent with stalking and harassment agitated General Adaptation Syndrome, with 'inescapable shock', and C-PTSD from this coordinated criminal activity that rises to hate crimes because they perceive I have a loathsome mental disease and/or am homosexual. These beliefs of theirs are not reasonable given they require rejection of very strong stereotypes, with identical twins having one gay and one straight as less than one percent probability.
Schizophrenia usually has become acute by mid twenties, while I am 45. My brain scans 2018 definitively exclude chronic alcoholism or drug use such as marijuana and meth. I keep my house neat and take care of myself, while schizos live in abject squalor. I recently saw it first hand at the home of a former elementary school bully, I seeing his condition and responding with bags of gourmet groceries- raw honey, homemade pie, etc.- from Ikeda's, despite I suffering horrible treatment by him as a child. Not surprisingly, neighbors stole those expensive groceries off his porch before he knew they were there. My identical twin is stable and has two kids with a Mormon wife. They put their kids in an orthodox Christian school during Covid to spare them from the clot shot, and he's vocal about LGBT indoctrination in schools; however, he's not nearly as conservative as my house guest in Berkeley, Matt Samoville, who volunteered on a project with Kellyanne Conway to elect Trump in 2016, who claims to have slept with hundreds of women, and would sue anyone who tried to say he was gay. So, what condition are they going to allege that presents a persistent, decade long persecutory delusion, with visual and auditory sensor fusion of many persecutory events, that is not bipolar/manic or schizophreniform, nor chronic drug use, not showing up in an identical twin?
\"Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder\" results in visual aberrations of seeing snow and floaters, completely different from reporting groups of people pointing at you and laughing. Seeing a sharply defined white pepperball fly at you and nearly hit you, on two occasions an hour apart, would not fit this disorder, especially not coupled with hearing the ball tearing through foliage and then shattering on impact; the auditory and visual cortexes would require concurrent, sequenced hallucinations for that experience to occur. I watched a video of a substance abuse counselor speaking on this topic, he having many interactions with patients severely mentally ill on account of years-long, consistent, daily meth and or crack use. He explained those patients typically only experience auditory hallucinations such as 'command auditory hallucinations'; for example, religious figures speaking to them from no specific place- disembodied. He theorized that auditory hallucinations are more common than visual because vision is far more complex than hearing. Visual hallucinations occur in dementia and as side effects to geriatric medications, but with schizophrenia, visual hallucinations are commonly seeing walls vibrate. The therapist stated seeing imaginary people is extremely rare, even for brains severely damaged by long term use of hard drugs; damage easily displayed in brain scans such as those I underwent at the Amen Clinic. Schizophrenia also requires disorganized thoughts and speech, 'word salad'; does my writing on this website read as disorganized? Zero writings or content on this site is A.I. generated; So, if stalkers are alleging I'm doing drugs and drinking to excuse gaslighting me, how is my memory and learning so functional? Delusional disorder is summarized as \"insensitivity to evidence\", and I've provided medical evidence, links, and this detailed writing and analysis which is inconsistent with psychotic disorders- my stalkers are delusional.
Psychotic depression? Nope. I've never ingested/taken an SSRI or anti-psychotic med, nor the Covid jab and its white clots clogging up those conformist enough to take it. I certainly have reason to be depressed now: inescapable shock of harassment, false arrest, wife divorced me, house burnt down, dog died, BFF died; but that wouldn't explain I reporting the negative comments in email as early as 2013, when life was good. Assuming the drug allegations at Beyond Wonderland, those would have to be some pretty strong drugs, taken in late 2015, to have me hallucinanting I'm being called \"gay\" a full 2 years earlier, huh? Did I smoke crack and time travel? I definitely have dysthymia, almost never smiling, dancing, or laughing, but that's from the unrelenting harassment at my homes such as egging, possible peeping and looking P.C. 647, drones, recent repeated defacating on the side of my home in Menlo Park, and being burned out of my home.
In order to resolve this conflict peacefully, in summer 2015, before Beyond Wonderland, I had spent nearly $14,500 combined on the branding consultants and another $10,000+ on new clothing. You can't just ignore repeated negative judgment by your peers; this is a form of 'inescapable shock' which many psychologists consider as the most severe, debilitating mental suffering one can experience. Worse than death of a loved one, any mental condition, or injury that passes, as all these traumas can be put out of mind eventually. Robert Card snapped after eight months, while I have turned the other cheek since late 2015. If he truly was hallucinating it all, that makes no difference, as his amygdala and social processing of severe ostracism by his peers was as real as had it been actually occurring. So, as to me paying all that money to change how I look so others see me as I am, what would these laughing people do in my position? Try to become more likeable? Easier said than done. I have never been socially gifted as a result of the damage of bullying that makes me build walls and not initiate conversations, so that's not gonna happen. I should abandon my patents and start-up in order to get a respectable 9-6pm day job like them, the opposite of Kiyosaki's advice, and slide into boring, non-threatening conformity? This is Silicon Valley- the place where you swing for the fences, like me dumping six figures into crypto 2017-2018...as I write this, I am a fucking crypto millionaire in unrealized gains alone. That is some \"Fuck you money\", so fuck that, says Richie Rich, (who actually has always been really frugal and drives an average/median priced car). Now to briefly address the psychology behind bullies who label males as homosexual. Thus, on a primitive sociological level, such 'gay-baiting' insults are direct, unequivocal challenges for social dominance that insinuate a lack of capacity for violence, because that is what makes men different from women. This is why such insults, when they elicit violent response from the target, are a crime (CA P.C. 415(3)) that negates any claim of self-defense. Because masculinity is on a spectrum, and autistic brains are considered 'hyper-masculine', these types of attacks are more demeaning and threatening to targets who've had high in utero testosterone or higher natural testosterone, and its associated hyper-masculine identity.

But what kind of crazy? Ongoing persecution, whether real or a delusion, can be a \"marked stressor\" leading to Brief Psychotic Episode, best portrayed in film, Gaslight. In that film, a man intentionally lies and manipulates an innocent woman into experiencing events which make her question her perception of reality, sending her into turmoil. In the original, British version of the film, the author or director implies the evil man gets what he deserves; he provoked her, creating a monster which came back for violent retribution. In the case of Columbine, the bullies gambled with the lives of students, likely because they may have only considered their victims would take their own lives by slitting their wrists in a bathtub; death was the intended result of the bullying, but the victims of that bullying were supposed to just kill themselves.

This occurred, to my recollection, on the East/beach side of Ocean Blvd., as I walked on the sidewalk Southbound, near the park bathrooms or art deco museum. Threat monitoring fusion, or criminal collusion? Surveillance and stalking are not the same, the tax payer should not fund entrapment by provoking people to the point they explode. It could lead to MK-Ultra conspiracies, especially in a person connected to multiple people claiming CIA employment. Then the soup boys did it again, I surmise, from the following incident.
While in Lakeview, Oregon for a Thunder Ranch course April 29-30, 2023, I was driving in town, searching for a Chinese restaurant. I noticed a police SUV go by. It seemed to loop around a block to approach me from a different direction, stopped and then watched. Later, in the morning, while in the parking lot of the Fremont Inn, I heard a male voice on a loudspeaker such as a bullhorn or police vehicle, which emanated 80-120 yards to the NE, behind the hotel where there were some houses. The voice said, \"Even if you know how to shoot a gun, you are still gay\" or, \"...will still be gay.\" I do not know it was local PD, so I'll refrain from assured accusation, but that type of loudspeaker in a tiny town makes the suspect list short. Whoever did it, this is reckless provocation, as the message insinuates my capacity (not to be conflated with propensity or desire) for extreme violence is insufficient to accept the truth. If in California, this would be a violation of P.C. 653M, because the lousdpeaker is reproducing the sound of his voice, and the hiding of the vehicle out of sight shows he knew his act had no 1st Amendment protected or law enforcement justifiable purpose. I suspect Oregon has an equivalent law.
So, in the Menlo Park, Valparaiso - El Camino intersection \"fag\" insult directed at me by a male police officer in an SUV in 2018, behavior common in police forces locally, we have an employee of a government agency who has criminally disturbed the peace with a homophobic slur predicated on perceived mental illness, a hate crime, and others, possibly many others, who have propagated the false and defamatory rumors of harassers and criminal stalkers, leading to possible evidence tampering and felonious perjury by an officer. \"Get this rich weirdo with the douchebag license plate!\" These are suspicions, not yet findings of fact. Many of these criminal acts- where they knew me by a defamatory rumor- were perpetrated for laughs, under the cover that they could just claim I hallucinated it all; gaslighting. Now they have to counter the full weight of the Amen clinic's resoundingly exonerating analysis, as well as the other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which cleared me of other disorders aside from harassment induced anxiety. These rumors rival what is being said about Oprah Winfrey microwaving Lahaina to steal children, and stem from the same primitive drives of social cruelty of a higher status individual for personal social benefit. After closely observing the officers testify, I assessing body language for signs of deception (not mad-dogging, as they likely thought), I have no reason to believe the arresting officers knew of these rumors; however, these departments were likely watching or aware of me because of the rumors, culminating with an evidence tampering kill shot once one of them (other than the officers directly involved in the arest and evidence handling, who I've ruled out after observation), sufficiently bold, heard I was inside the system and they could intercept the evidence packet at some point in the multiple changes of possession that were undertook. The time log inconsistency supports intercept and tampering. They could take me down, put me in my place. The heckling officer in the SUV must have believed I was capable of no more than tap-dancing in the streets in protest, or thought I had a mental illness and he wanted to get some laughs. Ladies and gentlemen, where have we heard that before? Potential negative outcomes are foreseeable, preventable, and therefore reckless, don't you agree? Well, after Card's rampage October 2023, three months after I created this page to make this point very clear, we know the result is pretty bad, making any similar action on my part as superfluous to my intent of explaining a theory of criminally reckless endangerment, or aiding and abetting suicidal homicide, by intentional provocation.
This goes to reasonableness of whether an instigator has a valid and believable excuse of inability to have foreseen the consequences of their criminal action pushing someone too far; they can't doubt my earned credentials held as standards of high skill within law enforcement training, therefore they act with knowledge, and recklessly so, when provoking me. This applies for anyone joining in on the harassment and defamation; you can be held financially, potentially criminally liable, for gaslighting someone over the edge- they are not criminally responsible if sufficiently mentally injured by such gaslighting. Even slight joining in on the mob can establish contributory recklessness with proportional damages, which in some recent cases, have been hundreds of millions of dollars. Then there is the morality of this, like the silent onlookers who watched kids pelt Tatiana the tiger until she could take no more, leading to her unnecessary death by police.
I am very territorial and private. Warrants permit searches and following by law enforcement only when based on valid suspicion of criminal acts, they are in fact criminal acts of officers when they are done subsequent to the aforementioned joining of harassment by neighbors and others, quasi-swatting hoaxes they know are harassment, and to cover up and bury a false arrest; that is tyranny, and any judge presented with such a warrant should first seek oaths from the presenting officers and possibly a random selection of other officers to question as to the veracity of my claims of widespread reputation harm coupled with ridiculous allegations that defy all stereotypes and objective observation. Ask my jurors about the \"That's his boyfriend\" outburst from a male juror who also lied, \"your voice was slurred in the video.\" The beauty is, given my certifications from top law enforcement trainers, I need not do anything- no act beyond posturing- for a 3rd party attorney to convincingly show a judge that something very, very bad could happen, and the officers or civilian perpetrators should have known something bad could result in seeking their schadenfreude and laughs at my expense. Kids are throwing rocks into the tiger cage. An attorney opposing them can simply recite my credentials and Robert Card's damages to prevent any credible retort that they didn't believe the target of their harassment was capable of very bad consequences, therefore they acted recklessly and abetted me to retaliate. Their gamble, alone, wagering catastrophe for obtaining laughs and a sense of social dominance over a Richard Jewell type, is criminal, is it not? Again, all of this is a hypothetical legal theory intended to peacefully deter further attacks and victimization.

I am certainly not holding a grudge against all L.E. officers for this; like most autistics (I'm actually more of a closely autism-resembling condition of Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), as is this guy), I also see people as individual trees, not judging them by the forest. This is the depths of my website, which I've never advertised to draw traffic, while Elonis posted on his ex-wife's Facebook wall. People vs. Minifie provides me legal abilty to posture with force. If I were to actually take violent action, that would be an admission of failure of my deterrent which cost extreme sacrifices and intellectual efforts put into the questions that you, my students, must answer now that you have the knowledge I worked so hard to create from analyzing this social problem which is not unique to me. I am not the first, and won't be the last, to face this persecution. If you have learned nothing since the extreme gay-baiting bullying of Klebold and Harris, then all those kids died in vain; it was the bullies who taunted them who were the true psychopaths. Those bullies probably, to this day, feel a sense of power because their manipulations and conniving got Klebold and Harris killed, while they survived; all the other deaths were acceptable collateral damage. As Nietzsche once said, \"the best dominance is psychological\", and where this argument may not sway as many as I'd like to simply stop harassing me, Klebold's solution was not better because the story of that event has become recounted as a weird kid who should not have had guns, rather than the truth of he responding to terror with terror. More than simply proving they were not gay, their revenge was meant to show the bullies that by killing them socially in a malicious manner, they had devalued not only Klebold and Harrris' lives, but all life.
I am only attracted to women, I have never been attracted to anything but women, I have a straight identical twin with a family, and I am not going to let you get away with terrorizing me. If I were the astronomically small exception, a man highly skilled at violence, yet enjoying jizz in my face and submitting to gay cock, I suppose getting even better at shooting would not change that fact. But that's not why the kids died at Columbine. They terrorized Harris and Klebold, and what they did was then done unto them, FAFO. I have a 1st amendment right to vent my grievance of perceived criminal victimization in the depths of my own website. I expect 98% of visitors here are participants in the mass formation psychosis that has perpetrated this against me. I have suspicions of business partnerships being sabotaged, and many people don't want to learn how to fight with guns from someone they've been told is gay, and stereotypically, should not be competent to gun fight. If there are skilled and dangerous gays out there, or gay firearms instructors, I apologize if I offend you by believing or propagating the effeminate stereotype.

P.C. 646.9 Stalking is a wobbler offense which means it is a misdemeanor but can wobble up to a felony depending on the severity of the acts. In the case of Steiners vs. eBay, the dead animal and other implied threats of death, which the accusers may have thought could pass as a joke but the Steiners reasonably took seriously, resulted in felony convictions.
In my case, the stalking rose to felony level in mid-December 2015 or January 2016 when my head was smashed into a boulder near my family's home in Lake Tahoe, then again May 2022 when a neighbor to my client stated I was being aimed at with a weapon, in October 2023 when two warning shots were fired along with a homophobic taunt, then I was actually shot at by a pepper ball gun in March 2024.
In January 2016, months after Patient Zero began the Beyond Wonderland mind virus, I was recognized at a bar in North Lake Tahoe, and attacked after leaving a bar. My friend, the same one with the man-bun, recounts:
“...We all made it back to the house. I made myself a drink and was chillin. Your brother and Zach started to get ready for bed. Robert was feeling uncomfortable with you missing since he was more or less a stranger to being invited out with you and wanted to be respectful...Matt and Zach went to bed and Robert talked me into going out to find you. Thank god for Robert and his kind heart, may he Rest In Peace. We started in Roberts car since it was freezing cold out, but quickly gave that up when we were able to get you on the phone and you described where you were…. All snow. It was not helpful other than to motivate us that you really needed help and that you couldn’t be that far away from the house so we took to foot. We started walking through the neighborhood calling your name. Eventually we hear you answer “Jon, Im Bleeding”. That is what led us to your neighbors house about 3 or 4 doors down on pelican drive. You were curled in a ball on your neighbors porch cold and shivering, blue and bleeding.\"
What he didn't see was that another member of my group had told me to go after another group of maybe 6-8 males and females in 20s-30s that left the bar ahead of us, he requesting, \"Mike, find out where the afterparty is.\" I caught up with this group as they walked West, out of sight of my friends, and I made sure not to approach too close as I was a shirtless man and some of those women may be girlfriends of the other men. I made the simple request, \"Is there an after party?\", received a negative, they were going to sleep, so I began walking South to my house. In no way did I make offensive statements or gestures toward any member of the group, but one of the males ran up behind me in a full sprint. I heard his heavy strides and knew he was going to push me with a lot of momentum. I looked in front of me and there was nothing but snow on the ground in the immediate area, except a beach ball sized boulder straight inline with his path; He intended to push me into this huge rock. I heard other members of their group, now 20 yards away, yell as they watched this unfold, and I waited to time his push such that I could dodge at the last instant. However, I was drunk- that doesn't mean you can use slippery-slope logic to accusing me of being an alcoholic- and I didn't account for his outstretched hands which arrived a fraction of a second after I began my lunge to the right. His hands hit me with such violent force that I had no time to lift my arms to protect myself as I flew forward. Luckily, I had already started my dodge to the right, and my head smashed onto the right side of the boulder where there was a few inches of snow to absorb the impact, yet, my head still violently bounced off the rock and immediately resulted in blood spraying onto the ground. I yelled for my friends that I was bleeding, to let the attacker know there were witnesses inbound. As shown by my friend's statement, I was then left for dead, and nearly died of hypothermia, which supports the group knowing the attack was unjustified. Under the lights of my foyer, my friends saw on my bare upper back, a pair of red hand prints where I had been smacked by the shove into the boulder. Similar to crimes where people are pushed from a subway platform as a train arrives, the violent push into the rock was an attempted murder, or at least assault with a deadly weapon, where the rock was the weapon- yes, California law includes lethal weapons to be inanimate objects used as weapons of opportunity. This attack was made upon me because the dehumanization of the stalkers who had lowered the Threshold of Violence against me starting at Beyond Wonderland. After this, I realized I would be killed if I did not present a proportional deterrent to what was now attempted murder by many, many stalkers. I suspect this group still lives nearby my Tahoe cabin and would feel emboldened by getting away with the prior attack. The fact I would be fearful, vengeful, suspicious, or defensively posture would be legally justified in light of \"People v. Minifie\", while they would have less rights to do the same because they initiated the violence.
In 2022, I served a client in Portola Valley who had a large, lavish estate. On one occasion, I heard a conversation at a neighboring home use my name, and on another occasion, I heard another neighbor mention the street name my client had recently moved from. My client, a young teen, witnessed a female neighbor use her phone to record one of our anti-abduction drills, and another time, he overheard two women discussing our training while walking down the street; we both detected being spied on by his neighbors. During Spring 2022, I was using ride-share to get to-from the client's home, and neighbors became accustumed to me being out front the home, awaiting my Uber/Lyft. On one occasion, I was leaving in the ride-share car when a SUV drove by and a pre-teen girl leaned out of the window to point at me and yelled, \"I know you, boy!\" The tone and implication was that she knew something shameful about me. On another night, I was out front of the home and awaiting my ride, looking at news on my phone, as a conversation took place next door between three men on a front porch, something my client's mother later stated was common of this neighbor. As my Uber pulled up, a middle-aged male voice from the group yelled at the car, \"Don't pick up that guy, he's hallucinating he's being called a queer!\" This was followed by another male voice, \"Actually, he's hallucinating people are saying he's hallucinating\", with a bit of a stutter and sound of shock that his friend had said that from where they lived, rather than all the drive-by taunts I'm typically subjected to. Legally, this was a biased imploring of an essential service to deny me service based upon perceived mental status, and thus was a hate crime. Despite this offensive act, I did not confront them or retaliate, and got in the car. The next night, as I was getting in the Uber, a younger, male voice came from behind, located on or near the same property as the taunts the night prior, which was not yelled but said firm enough to ensure I would hear it, \"I've got you in my sights, faggot.\" He obviously believed I could retaliate for the prior night's incident, so he uttered a criminal, terroristic threat to escalate and deter. As shown in \"People v. Minifie\" and other California case law, his father or other older male guest initiated the contact in a harassing manner, and my skill in retaliating has zero legal precedent in excusing his placing me in reasonable fear of immediate death by firearm. His threat was in concert with the prior criminal disturbing of the peace, so he was the Initial Aggressor, and that makes his threat a felony, with a hate crime enhancement for the homophobic element.
In August 2022, at my parents' home in Sacramento, I was in my garage with the door open, going in and out, and I heard a loud and clear \"Fag!\" taunt from one of the houses directly West on a ridge approximately 300 yards. I then heard another \"Fag!\" yelled from a second house, both of which had lines of sight to the garage door where I was walking around. Later, more homophobic taunts were yelled from these houses while I trained martial arts, kicking rocks. A week or two after these subsequent taunts, I drove out of the court at the end of my parents' driveway and as I passed a group of neighbors, a brunette female said to another person in a stopped, dark sedan, \"They were calling him fag.\" I believe she or another person reported the prior taunts to our community security or direct to the homes making the taunts, because the yelling stopped emanating from the the houses; instead, the taunts migrated to walking trails which these homes had easy access to and surrounded my parents' property. As with past witnesses, nobody stepped forward to inform I or my family that I was being harassed, likely because they believed- contrary to medical evidence posted here- I was hallucinating and this concrete evidence of harassment could substantiate all my prior claims of harassment, reinforcing the alleged persecutory delusion story disseminated by my stalkers.
First, a consumer quadcopter was flown up, inside our property line, and it moved behind an oak tree as it stared at me laying beside my pool. I heard a young male voice near the foot of our property laugh and say, \"he sees you\" before the copter darted behind the tree. Later, a similar male voice from the same location yelled, \"Fag! The FBI is gonna take your weapons!\", he letting me know that he'd read this specific page of my website, that he knew who I was, and in the context of this webpage, he implied he'd murder me and my family in a Waco style SWATting hoax to the FBI. Later on another date, I again beside the swimming pool, this same voice yelled from the same area below or a bit closer to the state park parking lot, \"Fag! If there's a nuclear war, I'm coming up there and taking your stuff!\" As in the prior taunt, he was letting me know he was reading this website, cyberstalking, and instead of choosing not to criminally provoke a person who should not be provoked, he chose to double down. His taunt implied that in the breakdown of law and order that would accompany global hostilities, he would conduct a robbery which deprived I and my family of supplies necessary for our survival, understandably leading to our death, and because I am armed, he implied he would be using whatever force necessary to rob those goods. As this occured, Trump and Joe Biden were repeatedly telling the American people that we were closer to nuclear war than the Cuban Misslie Crisis. This was a felony death threat against my entire family, and in concert with the homophobic taunts, a course of conduct that meets the test for criminal stalking.
In late October 2023, after Robert Card's rampage, it finally sunk in that they had fucked up, that teachers can \"Do\" too. After going out to my rock exercise area, two gun shots occurred from a trail or shoreline to the NE, followed by, \"Hey fag! We have guns too!\" I.e., we are going to harass you, and if you don't like it, we'll kill you. These two shots were both assaults with a deadly weapon, coupled with a verbal death threat which made me the unequivocal target of those shots as a demonstration of violence for intimidation. It implied there were at least two actors with multiple guns, a conspiracy. I later hiked in the area and found a trail passing through the origin of where I heard the shots and voices, the trail connecting to fire breaks that lead up to the yards of houses I was taunted from.
On another occasion, I saw a distinct flash of light come from behind a pile of boulders at the rear of the parking lot below my parents' property, about 300-400 yards away. The lot was empty. I believed it was a rifle being pointed at me, as there was only one flash and most binoculars have ruby coatings that would have reduced the flash compared to the very large, distinct flash I saw. It also came exactly from where someone would hide behind rocks with a rifle, concealing them from me. Coupled with the drones and death threats, it made me fearful of being outside, which persists in oppressing my free enjoyment of my parents' 5 acres and surrounding state park land.
As a result, in January 2024, I ran a background check on one of the houses from which taunts had emanated, a house a short walk down a fire break to the trail location the shots originated Oct. 2023. The report showed an occupant started renting the home in early 2021 and had an outstanding warrant for failing to register as a sex offender as a result of committing a class A felony such as kidnapping or attempted murder. He also had been convicted of giving false information to police and making terroristic threats. Within one to two months of the gun shots, the two brothers occupying this home were raided in the night and arrested for the older one's failing to register as a sex offender. This serious criminal offender is who the other neighbors had collaborated with to harass me, meaning they aided and abetted felony stalking. Looking at another house suspected of the taunts, a male in his early tweneties changed address in Dec. 2023, shortly after the raid and arrest of his buddies, as if to flee the scene. Further, other neighbors who witnessed the harassment, but refuse to disclose it to my parents or I, are concealing the crime, and case law supports aiding and abetting charges by such concealment of the crime. Conspiracy law states you must exit a conspiracy and report it, you can't simply end involvement and go dark. Civil damages are more likely, because if I am pushed over the edge, there could be wrongful death attorneys- I'll let you use your imagination as to how many- who come looking to collect damages by anyone involved. The most common use of aiding and abetting charges are cases where a person is encouraged to commit suicide, either by explicitly promoting it, or by harassing a person believed to be near a tipping point. In such a case, a resulting suicide is a wrongful death that was aided and abetted, while in most mass shootings, those who incessantly harassed the shooter have aided and abetted multiple counts of murder. My credentials establish that my stalkers have absolutely no defense of stating they didn't believe their target- me- had the skill to do X, and that X was the forseeable, avoidable result of their criminal abetting me to kill myself in order to escape the inescapable shock. 10 years and counting of restraint, so don't hold your breath, but then again, my restraint does not permit the continued harassment, as if I will never be pushed over the edge.
Despite collaborating with an absconding felon in criminally stalking me to the point of felony stalking, other neighbors gossiped, shared location reports on me, and I have overheard conspiracies to report me to the FBI which were followed two days later by a helicopter with surveillance payloads buzzing my parents' back yard, hovering 30-50' above our lawn as if to peer inside. Given the taunt to have the FBI take my weapons, and the middle aged neighbor's recent telling to someone- possibly another neighbor- she was calling the FBI, I believed I was facing an imminent threat of death by SWATting. Just as eBay did to the Steiners, they attempt to make me out to be a witch in order to distract from their coordinated group stalking which has included felony death threats and gun shots. During the entire time, dating back to the \"fag\" taunts summer 2022, I never uttered a single word back towards them, even though \"People v. Minifie\" supports I can make significant statements that would send others to jail as terroristic threats. I have a much more detailed log of these occurrances, but will spare the details here.
In March 2024, I was dog sitting for a friend in Atherton, alone, and was shot at by a powder/pepper ball multiple times. In a detailed log of emails back and forth with the home owner, M, he managed me remotely just like he managed his team of 80 agents under his command in Afghanistan during his 4th tour to that shithole. Based on my reports, and his fully informed understanding of my brain scans and psychology, he knew I did not imagine what occurred; I had accurately described the security detail that was perched over his back yard for years. He reported to Atherton police that this crime exposed the security detail and their employer to felony stalking charges and a multimillion dollar lawsuit. Just as the eBay security did, this security detail attempted to dupe law enforcement into seeing me as crazy. They shot at me with an obscure weapon only police or security teams expecting rioters would have, a Byrna or similar pepper ball gun. They hid at the edge of the property line, watching for me to retaliate, and when they saw an opportunity, the lookout radioed a report which included my name- they knew who I was-, and then they called Atherton PD to report me as armed and having a mental health crisis. They shot at me as a setup to gaslight me and have me killed by police, endangering police with their false report that omitted their felony antagonizing. Soon after, I watched as a man in black tactical clothing, not sure if it was security or police, take cover behind a tree uphill and grip his pistol, putting me into fear for my life. I was prepared to return fire upon confirmation this was the security shooters, and had I shot, my extensive training and credentials in use of force would support I being reasonable in assuming it was the security detail, if not right. They used the police as bait, endangering their lives in order to have me killed or delight in seeing me rolled off on a gurney to the psych ward. Why are they not in jail? Again, Minifie supports my arming myself, and therefore this cannot be used as material for a \"armed and dangerous\" label which endangers my life by making future law enforcement contacts on a hair trigger.
What happens the next time stalkers try this and I do exercise my legal right to self defense, as informed by my extensive reading of Ayoob, Ti Training FATS debriefs on constitutional use of force law, and USCCA education? If those who commit felonies against me do not face consequences, then why should I follow the same rules? If laws don't protect me from them, why do those and similar laws protect them from me? This is the uneven playing field that Marv Heemeyer, a mildly autistic loner, felt compelled to even-out with a bulldozer after suffering under the inescapable shock of concrete dust. There may be consequences in the form of judgment of others- especially those with training in psychology- who saw an individual put under the most stressful, damaging form of psychological trauma, 'inescapable shock', and everyone either joined in to add more stress or simply watched and waited for the inevitable meltdown. When an external circumstance is placed on an individual that is so harmful that no reasonable human being could resist against indefinitely, or not be driven to insanity or suicide, then the circumstance is to blame, not the individual. They are not criminally responsible, those who recklessly endangered this person are to blame because they intended to create the melt-down for their sadistic entertainment. In the 'bad barrel' of 'inescapable shock' that is group stalking, the group is to blame for the consequences, and those who stood by or enabled the harassers/stalkers will have to witness and face the aftermath and questions raised by the inevitable consequences.
When the home owner, M, returned from his trip, he found his cable access box had been pried opened and damaged, which was not damaged before he left, indicating his home network was tapped- possibly with a wireless packet forwarder linked to a nearby surveillance van-, a federal crime. He believed this enough to ship the box to the cable company for finding other signs of tampering. Months later, the corporation which hired this security detail to guard the neighboring home went public with having collaborated with the Biden administration to censor conservative users, an admission they surely knew far ahead of time and could bring protesters to the homes of their executives, therefore making the security teams' possession of a police/security riot control weapon- a pepper ball gun- an expected preparation. The shooters ignorantly believed that visual hallucinations were common, or that a visual hallucination with concurrent auditory hallucinations also occurs, and therefore they could claim I imagined being shot at if I called the police. In fact, visual hallucinations are extremely rare, even in severely mentally ill people who use crack and meth daily. Further, it is unheard of to have a sharp, defined visual hallucination coupled with auditory hallucinations such as hearing the ball strike foliage, whiz by your right ear, and shatter in a sequential narrative; that simply does not occur. It is not within the data set of expected results, even for Hunter Biden high on crack. This was felony assault with a less-lethal device and felony stalking, enhanced as a hate crime for perceiving a mental illness would enable them to discredit their victim. There is also a hate crime enhancement because they joked amongst themselves that they'd shove a vacuum nozzle up my ass- insinuating homosexual sodomy-, they obviously reading this page where I wrote I'd had a wet dream with a vacuum cleaner- it's Russel Brand's joke, I'm not serious, watch \"Man on The Moon\" to see the best dark humor is delivered in inappropriate circumstances. This somewhat tall, lanky, brown haired male employee of approximately age 22-26 looked at me from near the kitchen as he leaned upon the furthest booth, then said to his female coworker- which he likely was in love with-, \"he looks like a gay version of Chris Pratt.\" The waitress took our orders, and walking back to him, said \"no he's not, he has a deep voice.\" Instead of enjoying my meal, my mind fell into a tailspin of locating exits my prey could take, where and when I could corner and strike, should I take up my steak knife to educate him and anyone else in the building willing to aid and abet this initial aggressor...except the blonde cutie.
Initially, I sought a peaceful solution to what were very serious challenges to my objective power. In August 2015, I emailed a friend for a referral to a branding consultant for an objective assessment of limiting the triggering comments; I had never been interested in fashion or spent much money on clothing, but if I were to get gay-bashed again, I may defend myself vigorously, and it could be hard to avoid an expensive legal defense from the pummeled bully. The result of the first consultant, a woman, was that my martial arts training fitness could be misconstrued for image-obsessed, narcissistic body sculpting. Not reflected in the report, my Retin-A Tretinoin acne treatment during my teens plus naturally-youthful face resulted in a fine-pored complexion \"like porcelain\" which gives some the false impression I have a high-maintenance skin routine. This explained why I was getting negative comments even in just swim trunks: it was my face and physique. It was not gay in the feminine sense, as the AI assessment shows I have a 9/10 jawline indicative of high testosterone through childhood, and my body is built from playing football and high-impact martial arts, not body sculpting for image. Concurrently to this female branding consultant, I also hired a male consultant who happened to be gay, I assuming he may be tuned to seeing details that were sending inaccurate messages. As gay men have \"gaydar\" enabling detection of subtle signs like pinky rings (1950's), or wearing one earing on the right, it seemed logical he should be one of the experts I consulted with. I also wanted to avoid the typical pattern of men who become arrogant homophobes in order to convey, \"hey, I talk badly about fags all the time, I call dudes fags, therefore I'm not one, see!\" I think that's part of the motive some men have to call me one, for fear of being persecuted and ostracized as I am. While I hired the male consultant to teach me about image and fashion, an unanticipated benefit was that this gave me an opportunity to act the opposite of those who bully me. Rather than the abused becoming an abuser, I let myself be seen in public with him (and other LGTBQ+ people), and that opportunity was as important as he helping me dump college clothes to look mature and professional. Aside from this, I wanted my image to be accurate, but I NEEDED to have my nuclear deterrent properly displayed to haters in order to avoid the severe anxiety from C-PTSD related bullying. I knew what Berserker Bob was capable of, and the predators needed to know it, to keep my finger away from my Big Red Button.

The conduct I have have been exposed is felony stalking, with threats of home invasion by them or law enforcment as their proxy. I have endured threats of home invasion, threats of FBI raids, gunshots, and persistent drones preventing any sense of privacy. I was almost struck in the face by a pepper ball and then almost killed by a SWATting hoax in Atherton March 2024. I have a right to defend myself proportionally to what is a large and growing threat to my life, and a right under Minifie to posture proportionally to the numerous felonious threats and SWATting attempts.
Because I have harassers who spread rumors I'm delusional in order to discredit my victim accounts, and deny me clients by discrediting my training pedigree, I must address that allegation in order to meet the requirements of placing the defamers \"on notice\", so they act with knowledge, recklessly, and maliciously, so punitive damages are more likely awared (Cal. Civil Code §3294). While I have doubts one of my martial arts instructors, Frank Dux, worked unofficially for Bill Casey at the C.I.A., as detailed in The Secret Man, I was actually trained by a verified employee of Casey. Here is my only media with him, as he wanted to remain \"your ghost\" trainer. This employee, a Sensei in Atherton who I earlier abbreviated \"M\", was my best friend, mentor, and bodyguard trainer for 5 years (300-400 hours cummulative). M referred me to his psychotherapist, E.M., M.D., to address my PTSD from being burned in a fire, and mild Asperger's symptoms; this therapist had a security clearance as a result of working for the US Navy, and can vouch M was one of the top agents under Bill Casey within the CIA. Further, I was advised by Josafath Herrera, the top bodyguard instructor in Mexico, that Dr. Alexis Artwohl, a top researcher in PTSD, had the opinion that M suffered PTSD as a result of actually being who he said he was. Herrera also relayed that Ken Good, a famous former Navy SEAL, believed M's stories. I possess an original copy of a national investigative reporting magazine which exposed M's cover with significant circumstantial evidence surrounding his agency recruitment and experience training Bay Area SWAT teams as a consultant, and I've already produced it in a legal action. M never detailed his specific unit name, but he'd told the investigative reporter that he was recruited into an \"elite unit that hunted terrorist gangs\", words that reflect his past being terrorised by gangs of bullies in Tokyo and then in the US. Some of those gangs include communist raiders in the Rhodesian Bush War, a Red Brigade in Bulgaria, Al Qaeda in Afghanistan, and CONUS work against criminal biker gangs and crack gangs. M was the last survivor of 80 agents in his unit formed in the 70's, all others dead from either K.I.A., killed from choosing dangerous work such as bodyguarding after they left government service, or- presumably- because the agency took them out in order to tie up loose ends. According to M's friend and business partner of 30 years, a combat veteran with two tours in Iraq, M H.A.L.O. jumped into Russia, N. Herrera describes to his close students that his Sensei, M, was \"a legend in the CIA.\" Bruce Willis played him in \"Tears of The Sun.\" M often recounted to his students, beaming with a smile, how he walked into his boss's office to quit after leadership got his men killed, and his boss said, \"You can't quit, we spent five and a half million dollars on you!\" To which M replied, \"Well, If you'd spent another half million, you could call me Lee Majors [The Six Million Dollar Man]\". M would then chuckle that amount in 1970s-80s dollars would be 5x today. M rarely explicitly stated CIA as his employment except to very close friends, but to other students he implied it by recounting a wrongful death suit where a California prosecutor deposed him, was disclosed his record, and then the prosecutor described M as \"a CIA assassin\" to a jury. This means that anyone challenging my claims of being his long-time student must gamble that I can't produce the magazine article which exposed him- I can, and already have- or they gamble the trial transcript does not exist, and they must gamble the other credible sources confirming his history are gullible or liars. M has now passed away, and was exposed long ago, so I am not illegally disclosing his employment/identity or endangering him.
