The installers left on the 17th and have not returned, they phoned Wickes and said they were not finishing. We had our bathroom designed and installed via wickes. Probably the biggest mistake we've made really and certainly not worth paying a premium for over just getting a local bathroom fitter to take care of everything.

We had such a time of it that the ombudsman are reviewing our order and installation issues. Wickes customer service were completely powerless to resolve our issues and the store. So we have had a quote for a new bathroom included a design drawn up by Wickes.

So far Wickes actually are offering a competitive quote! Couple of questions: Anyone any experience of Wickes. Personally, I would look at buying the actual bathroom suite from someone like Victoria plumbing and then just employ a competent plumber to install it for you, then the same with tiling etc. works out a lot less expensive than paying a 'bathroom company' who charge a hefty premium for 'managing' the project.
