Willkommen to the German society! Who are we? A new society for 2023-2024, we welcome anyone with an interest in the German speaking world. Whether you are German, study German or are simply interested in the German language and culture - our society has something for you! The BRLSI German group was started in 2014 in order to foster an interest in the German language and in German-speaking countries and their culture. Meetings are held in German and English (or both) and cover a diverse range of topics of interest, whatever your cultural preoccupations.

This society was founded in 2011 to allow native German speakers and Bath students who study German to get to know each other, practice their language skills and learn about German culture in a casual and fun environment.
