Bmw Touch Up Paint Too Dark

I have a 2002 e53 in Estroil Blue. I bought BMW touch up paint #335, but it looks WAY too dark. The car was garaged for most of its life until I got.

I bought some touch up paint for a part of the bumper where the paint was missing. I ordered it from BMW and used it about 2 weeks ago. As per the instructions, I used the clear coat provided about 30mins after the paint.

Got some touch up paint from the dealership (A52 space gray metallic) to try to fix some scratches on the bumper and was surprised to see it didn't match. Touch paint is noticeably darker than the body paint.

What can be done when even the genuine bmw paint code doesn't match? Got some chip damage on the bonnet - looks like something hard dropped onto it as it is quite close to the middle of the bonnet. Anyone have ever tired the touch-up paint pen by BMW? I read some comments says it is too dark and doesn't match the colour.
