Love the floral notes in a Clover Club and Bees Knee. I really gave gin a try but I think the residual is, grab one cucumber gin (Uncle Val's Botanical), Nolet's and any other. Not aware of any place with 100 gins in NYC but Bathtub Gin, not surprisingly, has a strong selection.

What you really want is to fly to London and go to Portobello Star. They make their own gin upstairs and they do a class where you can taste the single botanical pre-gins and make your own blend. They keep your recipe on file and you can buy more bottles at any point (when you are in London).
