UCF's main campus offers a variety of housing communities. But before you can choose your new room or roommates, you will need to choose your agreement type: academic-year agreement (fall and spring), NorthView agreement (fall, spring, and summer) or Towers agreement (fall, spring, and summer). The academic-year agreement includes fall and spring semesters only and is our most popular option for first-year students. Choosing this option means you will live in one of the following main campus communities: Apollo, Lake Claire, Libra, Neptune, Nike and Hercules. This housing agreement includes Fall and Spring only and is a great choice for first.
Academic-year (Nike and Hercules apartments), Towers at Knights Plaza, and NorthView housing applications for returning residents, upperclassman, and off-campus students, will operate on a lottery system. Rosen housing applications will operate on a first come, first served basis. This page provides move-in information for the UCF main campus and Rosen Campus for Fall 2025.
