Off-Campus Housing Students under 21 years of age are required to reside on campus or with their parents/guardians. Students 21 years of age and older are permitted to reside off campus in accommodations of their choosing. If you reside off-campus, you will be expected to adhere to the code of conduct as described by the DCC Student Handbook.

The Office of Accommodative Services (OAS) is committed to providing equal access and an inclusive campus community by providing accessibility services and advocacy for individuals with disabilities.
