Dulux Bathroom Paint Reddit

The builder begrudgingly said they would repaint the bathrooms but warned us that using Dulux Easycare (or in general a washable/waterproof paint) on the walls and ceilings would result in condensation dripping everywhere "like rainfall", as opposed to the current paint which would absorb the moisture and prevent that from happening. Hi, I noticed that my dulux bathroom paint holds moisture and then feels cold to touch. I'm not sure but assuming this leads to condensation running down walls and heat loss? I have been looking at mineral based breathable paints that are supposedly naturally mould resistant which sounds good. Hi all, I normally use Dulux Trade paint on all my "regular" walls/rooms, and it goes the furthest and gives the best finish. Dulux Trade don't have a specific bathroom paint, the have their "Diamond Matt" range which can be used for bathrooms. Can anyone advise if this would be the better.

Spent ages on the prep work: cleaning, sanding, dusting, filling holes, sanding again, dusting again, sugar soap wash etc (the wall is old and had a very uneven surface!). Hey I recently got my bathroom refitted. Tiling and flooring is white/cream toned, and I have one untiled wall that I have painted a deep blue (sapphire salute Dulux). I'd like feedback on the colour itself please - but also, whether I should paint the wall surrounding the window the same blue colour, or leave white? Maybe I could paint just the inside section of the wall white for some kind.

Hi. Need a bit of advice with bathroom paint. Is Dulux Easycare Bathroom paint (or similar equivalent) the same as something like Trade Diamond Eggshell? Are these essentially the same under different names or are there any additional benefits to ones that are specifically bathroom paints?
