Change Color Unicorn Overlord

Anyone know yet how many mirror we get that allow for character color change? Or better yet, is there an unlimited use character color change item later on? Been getting a lot of questions and seeing a lot of discussion about how to change the appearance of your Unique characters, as well as what stat sets you sh.
