As the other commenter pointed out, your stitching is polyester and your shirt is cotton. Some people out there do use indigo to dye polyester, but it's a niche practice and it looks like it requires some special vat chemistry. If you're looking for a shirt with cotton stitching, I've really enjoyed the LAT 6901.
