I recently returned from a trip to the island of Saint Lucia where I went in the sulfur springs mud baths near the city of Soufrière. First we bathed in a pool of volcano-heated water (between 100F and 110) and then applied mud from the the boiling crater nearby and once the mud had dried we went back into the pools to rinse off. The mud baths are very relaxing, just remember you are sitting naked in a tub of mud that's been used countless times by others and every one of them exfoliated all their dead skin in that same mud.
