I think the new 2025 Toyota Crown Signia is going to turn a lot of heads later this year, especially amongst the limited/platinum crowd. A lot of regular-sized Highlander sales are going to turn into Crown Signia sales, especially amongst those who don't specifically need a third row. Tell your wife to check it out.
Toyota has not released any information about the 2025 Highlander / Highlander Hybrid yet. I wouldn't expect any big changes for the 2025 year. My guess is that any changes, if any, with the 2025 year (compared to the 2024 year) will be relatively minor.
