The Xbox One edition's 3rd anniversary celebration lasted for the month of September, so if you didn't acquire the Jade color palette during that time, you'll have to wait until next year to do so. There is one way: Enable Legacy Color Palettes in the options. It will replace the palettes you have now with alternate versions, more washed out for the most part.
