Sometimes you just have to know where the "bodies" are buried! I generally don't remember the capacities, but know that the engine is around 2 liters (depending on oil pan of course), the tranny is fill until it comes out the hole, driveshaft is about 100cc, and the final drive is fill to the bottom of the hole (for my /7).

I use Mobil 1 75-90 gear oil in the final drive on a 20,000 mile change interval. The final drive should be filled to the bottom of the threads of the filler hole.
