The only reason I see to go for the Pro - is that unique front end - but I'm biased. I ended up getting the plain 2020 4Runner TRD Offroad (not the premium) - blacked out my emblems - upgraded tires/wheels and added an ARB Baserack. TRD Pro wheels will always have a market for resale.
