In this video, I'll show you exactly how to lift the Ioniq 6 properly, including the correct factory jack points, how to safely position your floor jack, and where to place jack stands for. The lift points on an Ioniq 6 appear obvious once one looks for them.

But the welded frame rail is one sided at the pinch weld and the rail has a curve sloping to that weld on the outer side, where a jack would lift the car. The weld flange is too deep for most scissor jacks. Anyone got any info on the jack points of an Ioniq 6? Curbed one of the rear wheels, need to take it off and get it in the shop, nothing in the manual which is kinda scary.

Ioniq 6 jack points. So i've been wanting to jack up my car to change the brakes however if i jack up from the pinch welds (which id prefer not to do) there is no room to fit a jack stand. The underbody is completely covered in the front of the car so it's hard to see a strong point there to jack from that's not the.

Does anyone know where the preferred jacking (lifting) points are on the Ioniq 5? I always rotate the tires myself and can't seem to find this in the instruction manual. I know it's especially important to not lift on areas that might damage the battery or other structures on an electric vehicle. Does anyone have a suggestion for jacking up the car the put on 4 jack stands.
I like up do this so I can rotate the tires. I don't see a front or rear jack point and I can't put a jack stand under the side jack points if I'm already lifting it with a floor jack. This is factory recommended jack/lift points on Hyundai Ioniq.
However, I'm looking for a way to put the car on 4 jack stands using just a floor jack. any idea? View attachment 56536 Thanks for this, but are these the same points as on the original Ioniq? This part here is a seam (on original Ioniq) and would only be suitable for a scissor jack, although it doesn't (at least on my car) seem suitable for even one of those as the metal doesn't look very robust or even flat / well finished.
Anyone know where the IONIQ jacking points are? Need to change my rear tire.
