For those in the market for a used LC200/LX570 (like myself), I figured I'd post the research I've done on model year differences. I'd appreciate the community's help correcting mistakes and filling in missing info. All data is for US.

Found the following. A major facelift of the 200 series Land Cruiser was introduced for the 2016 model year without a change in the model designation. Therefore, 200 Series Land Cruisers with model years betwen 2008 and 2015 are know as "Pre-facelift", while those with model years between 2016 and 2021 are known as "Post-facelift".
