Bedroom Aesthetic Reddit

I've been struggling with decorating my room for over a year. All i did was just changing the position of my bed and desk over and over again. I know i wanna put some poster on my walls, but i don't even know how to style them properly: ((oh and above the wardrobe on a third photo will be a tv (i thought i should've mention that).

I've been feeling the need to rearrange my bedroom and maybe replace some furniture but I feel like the size and layout of my room is rather limiting my options so I'm hoping to get some suggestions or ideas. Bedroom is roughly 11ft x 10ft. I roughly measured everything and drew out the current layout.

It's the last picture in the album. I'm fine with getting rid of, or replacing, both.
