Tiny Bedroom Ideas Reddit

I've been feeling the need to rearrange my bedroom and maybe replace some furniture but I feel like the size and layout of my room is rather limiting my options so I'm hoping to get some suggestions or ideas. Bedroom is roughly 11ft x 10ft. I roughly measured everything and drew out the current layout.

It's the last picture in the album. I'm fine with getting rid of, or replacing, both. About to move into a small bedroom.
