SRC & Toyota Arena Rules, Policies, and Information for 2025 Graduations Prohibited Items Please remind students and guests SRC & Toyota Arena prohibits outside gifts and items during these events. The following are not allowed inside the building, in the parking lots, or on the premises and if found will confiscated or asked to vacate the premises. For Student Recreation Center Ceremonies please reach out to commencement@ucr.edu. For Toyota Arena ADA requests and inquires please have students and guests reach out to our Guest Services: guestservices@toyota. Toyota Arena tickets guarantee entry and seating for one guest per ticket.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are required for entrance to all UCR Commencement ceremonies and may only be scanned once for admittance. Children under 2 do not need a ticket but will need to remain on a parent's lap for the duration of the ceremony.
Graduates should plan to arrive and park at Toyota Arena 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to their ceremony start time. Graduates must check-in at the Graduate Check-In area at Toyota arena by 4:45 p.m. Additional parking and Graduate Check.
I am pleased to announce that the dates and locations for each of the 2024 Commencement ceremonies are now confirmed. The ceremonies for the master's and bachelor's degree candidates will take place June 17 and 18 at Toyota Arena in Ontario. The School of Medicine Hippocratic Oath Ceremony for M.D.
degree recipients and the Graduate Division Hooding Ceremony for Ph.D. and M.F.A. degree.
