However, there may be instances where you want to collect responses anonymously to encourage honest and open feedback. Before we start, ensure that you have Microsoft Forms integrated with your Microsoft Teams. If not, you can add it by clicking on the '+' icon in the left-hand sidebar, then selecting 'Forms'.
Creating an Anonymous Survey
Microsoft Forms provides an easy-to-use interface to create surveys. To ensure responses are anonymous, you'll need to disable the option to see email addresses.
Here's how you can create an anonymous survey:
Setting Up the Survey
Click on the 'Forms' icon in the left-hand sidebar of Microsoft Teams. Click on 'New Form' to start creating your survey. Give your survey a title and add questions as needed.
For each question, you can choose the question type (like text, choice, rating, or date) based on the type of response you're expecting.
Disabling Email Tracking
To make the survey anonymous, you need to disable the option to see email addresses. Click on the '...' icon at the top right corner of the survey and select 'Settings'.

Distributing the Survey
