All other BMW IDs are secondary users of the vehicle with limited rights. The primary user can view, manage or delete all saved secondary users in the My BMW App by performing the following steps: Open the My BMW App "Vehicle" (tab) "Vehicle configuration" ("Vehicle control center") "User management". The BMW ID that first adds the vehicle in the My BMW App is the main user.
All other BMW IDs are co-users of the vehicle with limited rights. The main user can view, manage or delete all saved co-users in the My BMW App under: "Vehicle" (tab) "Vehicle configuration" ("Vehicle control centre") "User management". The list of current users and roles is available both in the vehicle and in the MyBMW App so that the user can always request Primary handover from the current primary user.

If you are unable to change the user status or encounter any issues, please contact BMW Customer Support for assistance. The issue was with her app on her phone, as she's a secondary user, and according to the dealer as a secondary user (me being the primary BMW ID), she can't see any car status, or control the car remotely. Her linked BMW key is fine, as that's linked to her own BMW ID.
I have a few options I'll try. Up to three users can now link their own BMW ID to one model with BMW Operating System 7 and enjoy features like Remote Services with the My BMW App. My BMW remote app enhanced their overview and broadened their operational range while the BMW Connected app started to enable remote access to car statistics, executing upgrades to the on-board software, or controlling specific vehicle operations.
