Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think it's ever said what colour Tom's eyes are? Or Neville's? Or the other. -Arthur Weasley has blue eyes, which he passed on to his son Ron. It isn't mentioned in the book what color the other Weasley's eye colors are.
