Foxglove Supported Housing and Shelter is our first building in Surrey, located at 9810 Foxglove Drive. It's also one of the first enhanced health supported housing programs in BC and includes three programs (shelter; supported housing; enhanced health supported housing) with RainCity and Fraser Health staff working alongside program participants to meet people's health needs and connect. Foxglove supportive housing is located in Surrey and operated by non-profit service provider RainCity Housing.
Enhanced care services are included with 39 self-contained units. Program participants are offered life skills support and counselling, nursing care, mental health services, addiction medicine and cultural supports. Participants pay the shelter portion of provincial assistance or.
The complex care model in this project is an innovative new program and was one of the first of its kind of complex-care sites to open in the province. In partnership with Fraser Health, complex care clients have access to enhanced supports on-site, including nurses, peer workers, social workers, and other health-care professionals, along with. There are 96 studio units and two one-bedroom suites; 34 residents also have access to enhanced complex-care health supports.

Residential Care Supporting Independence with Care Foxglove Care offers bespoke care home facilities in the community for vulnerable adults the opportunity to live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive environment.

The Complex Care Housing program that will be available at the new Foxglove supportive housing site is the first of its kind in Surrey. The project encompasses three major components: The Shelter, which offers emergency housing and care to those navigating homelessness, mental health, and substance abuse.
Supportive Housing, which provides a caring residential environment for those who have attained stability and are transitioning to permanent housing. Foxglove is one of the first complex-care sites to open as part of the Province's first.
