Before downloading, make sure to have the following documents ready as you'll need to fill in the details from them:

Filling Out the Name Correction Form
Once you've downloaded the form, open it with a PDF reader and fill it out. Here's what you need to do:
- Select the option for ' annealing/ correction of PAN details'.
- Enter your existing PAN number in the designated box.
- In section 1, fill in your name as it appears on your PAN card.
- In section 2, write your correct name as you want it to appear.
- Select the appropriate option for 'Relationship of the applicant with the PAN holder'. If you're the PAN holder, select 'Self'.
- Fill in the details of your identity and address proof. Make sure they exactly match the proofs you'll be submitting.

Once you've filled in all the details, print out the form. Make sure to print it on A4 paper with a white background and use a black ink pen to fill it out.
Submitting the Name Correction Form









After filling out and printing the form, you'll need to submit it. Here's how:

- Demand draft of ₹110 in favor of NSDL Payments
