Eye Stretch Marks. These stretch marks are retinal signs of myopia, neither they are normal nor serious yet. Stretch lines are believed to represent the retinal pigment epithelium under stress and may be precursors of lacquer cracks, and are distinguished from them by their pigmented brown appearance on fundoscopy.
