Has anyone have any experience with WhatARoom custom sofas? They offer a lot of customization options that look appealing. I've been seeing a few recommendations here but wanted to see if anyone has a more thorough review. They do have a lot of reviews on yelp and Google but those are more of their furniture store reviews.

I like their sofas and they look great. Their customization options seems to be the most impressive thing since you can customize the size, depth, firmness, fabric etc. I'm just hesistant to purchase a $4,500 so.
