From Imagination into Reality After seven years of envisioning hydrogen-powered high performance, the N Vision 74 and sets Hyundai N's sights beyond electric cars. We're ready to introduce the N Vision 74, a high-performance hydrogen-electric hybrid vehicle that combines Hyundai's past, present, and future. The N Vision 74 is a rear-wheel-drive coupe driven by two electric traction motors, both on the rear axle; power is provided by both a storage battery and a hydrogen fuel cell.
In December 2023, Hyundai confirmed that the N Vision 74 would be in production with 200 units starting in 2026. That prototype paired a hydrogen fuel-cell with two electric motors, with each 335-hp unit powering a rear wheel. If Hyundai does, in fact, build the N Vision 74, it will be bittersweet.
