I tried this ninja home indoor grill because the reviews mentioned it gets up to 510 degrees F. I marinated this flank steak with fresh orange juice, lime, garlic and herbs and melted butter. Absolutely I have Ninja Foodi Smart XL Grill and we use it nearly everyday day you can grill chicken with nice charr in about 15 minutes or less I make it for salads, chicken teriyaki, for chipotle style burritos, you can definitely make steak, french fries come out just like they've been deep.

Two months ago it was 180, and I had to get it when it went down even more. But i have a question, it says or indicates it's "smokeless" or i guess i should say it "reduces smoke" so how much? Right now it i try and broil a hamburger in my oven, it causes the smoke alarm to go off when i open the door to flip the patty or add cheese. Will i have the same issue with the Ninja? Anyone have experience with this or one of the similar products?
