Teach Inverse Functions with this easy hand-drawn algebra infographic! Students learn how an inverse function undoes the original function using y = f⁻¹(x), with key rules like f(f⁻¹(x)) = x and f⁻¹(f(x)) = x. Includes steps for finding an inverse, swapping x and y, solving for y, graph reflection over y = x, examples, and real-life uses. Perfect for high school algebra, homeschool lessons, classroom anchor charts, functions practice, and quick revision. Save this pin to help students understand inverse functions, input-output relationships, and graphing with confidence. #InverseFunction #Functions #AlgebraBasics #MathForKids #MathEducation #HighSchoolMath #TeachingMath #Homeschooling #MathAnchorChart #StudyTips

The hyperbolic functions obey the same identities as the circular ones, with one sign changed. sinh x = (eˣ - e⁻ˣ)/2, cosh x = (eˣ + e⁻ˣ)/2, tanh x = sinh x / cosh x Where cos²x + sin²x = 1, the hyperbolic version reads cosh²x - sinh²x = 1, so x² + y² = 1 is a circle while x² - y² = 1 is a hyperbola. The derivatives lose their minus sign too: d/dx(sinh x) = cosh x and d/dx(cosh x) = sinh x.
