In the search bar that appears, type 'Text'. From the results, select 'Text' to open the text editing screen for your template.
Here, you can type the message you'd like to send, add personalizations (like names or dates using variables), and even attach media files if needed.
Adding Personalizations
To make your template more dynamic, you can add variables. Tap on the '+' icon next to the text field, then select 'Text' from the options. Here, you can input a placeholder like 'Name' or 'Date'.
When you use your template, this placeholder will become an input field, allowing you to enter the relevant information at that time.
Incorporating Media
If you want to include images, videos, or documents in your message, tap on the '+' icon next to the text field, then select 'Add Action' and search for 'Paste'.
Choose the type of file you want to attach, then browse your device to select the desired file.
Finalizing and Using Your Template
Once you've designed your template, tap 'Next' at the top right corner. Here, you can set up how you'd like to use your template - with Siri, from the Shortcuts app, or by adding it to your home screen.
