We kindly ask that you review the following timeline for order cancellations:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: You can cancel your order without any charges or penalties. Simply contact our customer service team, and we'll take care of the rest.
- Within 24 hours of pickup: We're unable to cancel orders at this stage due to our baking and decorating process. However, you can still modify your order by adding or removing cakes, or changing flavors.
Modifying Your Order
We understand that sometimes you might need to adjust your order rather than cancel it entirely. Here's how you can modify your order:
Adding Cakes
You can add more cakes to your order up to 24 hours before pickup. To do this, simply contact our customer service team, and they'll assist you with the process.
Removing or Changing Flavors
If you need to remove cakes or change flavors within 24 hours of pickup, you can still do so. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate all changes due to our baking and decorating process. Our team will do their best to assist you, so please don't hesitate to reach out.
