We run a two-bedroom AirBNB with a single shared bathroom and I am curious how other hosts handle listings with similar setups. We have really tried to make the shared bathroom as painless as possible for guests and have made upgrades based on feedback from dozens of people who have stayed with us. We have shelves for guests, numbered towel hooks, and very simple rules such as asking to keep.

For 2-3 it's ok.

Why can I filter for a king bed, but not private bathroom? For me, this is a major deciding factor. I will stay in a room in a home, if I am guaranteed a private use or attached bathroom. Having to open and review each listing to find this information is not efficient.
