The Urban Oasis, an organization founded by Arica Gonzalez and run by neighborhood stakeholders, is a safe, inclusive and energetic space that aims to provide the Panway neighborhood of Baltimore, MD not just with what it needs, but with what it deserves. The conceptual design we helped them create encompasses a wide range of ideas that they brought to the table: the feel of an open park. Baltimore welcomes Artscape with a new project called "Urban Oasis." The project features over 30 artists designing and painting murals on the 43 pillars holding up the Jones Falls Expressway.
