Summary: Screenbox is a screenshot organization tool that runs entirely on your device. You own your data. Subscriptions are handled through Apple. Use the app responsibly.
By downloading, installing, or using Screenbox ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Screenbox is an iOS application that helps you organize screenshots by:
All processing occurs locally on your device. The App does not upload your screenshots or their content to any external server.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Screenbox. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Screenbox requires iOS 26.0 or later. The App may not function correctly on unsupported devices or software configurations.
Screenbox does not require an account. All your data — screenshots, categories, extracted text, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device. Deleting the App will permanently remove all Screenbox data.
Screenbox provides a free tier that includes manual screenshot organization and a limited number of AI categorizations.
Premium features (unlimited AI categorization, custom categories, and the visual topic map) are available through an auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions are offered on monthly and annual plans.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their Report a Problem page. We do not process refunds directly.

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and branding, is owned by Ferran Fernandez Garrido and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription or download grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
You retain full ownership of your screenshots and any data generated by the App on your device.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
AI-powered categorization is a best-effort feature. Results may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ferran Fernandez Garrido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or iOS updates. We recommend maintaining regular device backups.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any features) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
These Terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail to the extent required.
